Update 4/4/22: The manager came by to ask about how it was as he picked up my almost empty plate. I said it was terrible, and he let out a loud laugh. Then as I got the bill, the server said that the manager tried it and agreed that it was bad, so he took it off the bill. And he even came back to apologize for not taking me seriously.*Slow hand clap* Marriott you either have some amazing social media gurus and/or you have outstanding staff.---4/4/22 – Whatever you do just don't order the “hummus”. The calamari was spectacular. As is the view. Incredible.
Specifically told staff I was here for happy hour which advertised $3 margaritas, was charged $19 for a margarita, when asked to speak with a manager I was told I was being argumentative. Manager changed drink order but I was completely put off by customer service. Don’t waste your time or money check out Lincoln Social instead. Better customer service and better virus’s of the city. Completely false advertised
Rustun, Jason and the team hosted a fabulous birthday party for my bride. We had over 20 friends and everyone expressed their appreciation for the excellent beverages and outstanding service. The mixed drinks were on point, fabulous champagne selection and spectacular views. We will be back! Cheers!
Nice atmosphere and very clean. Very disappointed in the cocktails though. $15 for a cosmo and the glass was only half full. I assumed that's how they were served. Looking on Google and seeing other pics with glasses nearly full. Wondering why we were served less than?

Such a fun place, the ambiance is unstoppable. It's located in a hotel and on the 8th floor and the skybar is so nice. The city behind you is so beautiful. A very cute date. ❤️
Go for the experience and views NOT the food. View is stunning and very romantic. My suggestion, eat somewhere else close, go for a little stroll at Goodall Park, then head over to Lumin to cap the night off with a few drinks and a sunset.
A very cool hotel in a great location with an incredible staff! We live in Columbus/New Albany and decided to stay downtown for a concert at the Express Live/LC. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the venue and many other places to eat & drink. Every encounter we had with the staff was 5 star, from Jason (the hotel GM), to Heidi at the front desk to Kyle at the roof top bar. In today’s world where you rarely see good customer service, Jason/Heidi/Kyle are exceptional! Many of the negative reviews said the hotel was loud. We personally did not experience this but let’s face it people, if you want to be where the action is, you have to accept that sometimes “the action” might be a little loud. Our room came with a sound machine to help mitigate any noise….which wasn’t an issue at all. The hotel is clean and superbly run. We will definitely be back!
Great cocktails with an absolutely stunning view! Service is fast and friendly too.
Hotel is nice, room and bathroom were very clean. It's a good location but do not get a room on the highway (670) side of the hotel. A TON of road noise. It's otherwise fine, staff friendly. Price was a little steep the weekend we were there but could have been demand. By the time we figured out we were on the wrong side it was late and we didn't feel like moving!
