What happened tonight. Called and got told to hold on, no big deal, then got hung up on. Been trying to call back with no success. Usually it's always on point with customer service an definitely with their yummy food.
Ate here while in town for a sports event nearby and so glad we did! Best Italian sub I ever had with their fresh Italian bread and freshly sliced meat. Fries were incredible too, especially with their distinct cut! Family had meat lovers pizza and loved it. Waitress Kaylie took great care of us as well. We could tell it is a popular spot with locals and we can see why.
The food is always amazing and Courtney ALWAYS does a great job. I cannot say the same for Chelsey who ignores us even after saying she will be right with us. She then leaves us to sit an additional 15 min before telling Courtney to come take our order. This is not the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd time we have received this type of service from her. Shes a great server if your one of the crew that come in every night but if not expect terrible service. Come in for the great food and drinks but ask for Courtney if you want friendly service. Courtney and the great food is what earned a 5 star rating.
This current moment is only my second time stepping foot in here and my very first time I dealt with Court and she is a BREATH OF FRESH AIR. This time I dealt with someone named Bell and she is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in life. She literally charged us incorrectly and when we attempted to inform her she literally snatched the receipt off the table, crumbled it, breathed heavily and threw it in the trash…over her own mishap. We didn’t make it a big deal just wanted to inform her for the $4 difference and service like this is what makes recurring customer NEVER STEP foot in an establishment EVER AGAIN. Not to mention we’re the only African American couple in here at this moment. The first time after dealing with Court I would’ve invited my entire family back…after this encounter I will tell people to NEVER RETURN !! Too bad for the employees who actually enjoy their job and the company. Love Court if it wasn’t for her wonderful spirit making sure we didn’t need anything further and offering a new u for food I would literally rate this place 1 freaking star.
Definitely a dope spot I love the atmosphere Court is my favorite bartender she is dope and makes sure you definitely have a great time the drinks are always on point wanna have a great time with some dope ppl make sure you kick it at Lovell Tavern definitely a vibe and very recommended
Bar food with bar, two pool tables, and basic seating. Had the Jumbo Wings and they were definitely jumbo, very good.
Lovells tavern is my spot they have bomb drinks and food and the music is amazing and I only come to lovells tavern for the Bartender Court On Tuesday’s and Thursday and fridays and she’s the best and everybody loves her ?
We got there about 11:30 wasn't too busy. It did start to pick up afternoon but it is Friday lunch time. I had the bacon cheeseburger medium well with onion rings. It was good! The service was good!
Food is great. The reuben the wings the mozarella sticks and jalepeno poppers. The best fries I've had in a long time.
Lovells is awesome. Small town feeling friendly and amazing food..pizza subs and wings can't go wrong..
