I was at an older location. Now the one in Whitehall. Ordered about 6 times now. Have never been disappointed. Al pastor anything is great. The pineapple makes it savory,salty, and sweet. Beware of the chorizo. It will definitely be spicy for those that don't like heat. I like about a 6 of 10 on the heat scale. These are just addictive. I would pound down 20 of these drinking.
The steak burrito was out of this world! The service was good and the people were very nice.
Passed this location, several time. A friend invited me there for lunch. The inside was very clean and spacious. The staff was pleasant and patient. They speak English and Spanish. The food I ordered was hot and delicous, Prices were very reasonable. So if you want to try or love authentic Mexican food this would be a good new try. ?
Very kind staff. Food was great and they definitely do not skimp on the meat! I had so much steak on my taco salad. I was very pleased! Dessert cake was fabulous also. My son's burrito was huge. Hibiscus water was absolutely delicious!!! They definitely do not skimp on your food. Thank you Los Gaucho's for giving us QUALITY and QUANTITY!!! Highly recommended.
Service was great order a al pastor burrito and chips with salsa and it was great. 4 stars for now bit I will be back and try other things. Staff was really friendly and everything came out perfect.
A lot of potential but the food at this location was not very fresh at all my churro was drenched in grease and couldn't be anymore stale. you could tell the tomatoes In some areas were becoming spoiled And the chips are old And the Queso seemed old as well and way too thick. I definitely appreciate the authenticity but I would appreciate even more if the food was fresh.
This is an authentic Mexican restaurant, not Americanized like Taco Bell. We prefer Taco Bell. The hot sauces are truly hot and the food is bland without a sauce.
I have now had two experiences where the restaurant has messed up my order and refuses to refund my money or do anything to make it right. Poor customer service is the nice way of putting it. They have been unresponsive after several followups. I do not recommend and will not recommend until they process my refunds. It is unfortunate as the food is typically good IF you get the correct order.
Had brisket and steak tacos. Meat was tasteless and dry very disappointing
The restaurant is well kept, ordering is quick and easy. The staff is attentive and courteous. The food as always was very tasty. The staff wore masks and they ask that the customers do the same so be kind and return the favor :).
