The service was great! When we entered we were seated immediately! The waiter did not hesitate to fill our drink orders and he brought over a fresh loaf of hot bread!I typically order steak, however I wanted something different! He recommended the grill crusted chicken, and I must say it was amazing. My daughter ordered steak and shrimp and she enjoyed as well!
Our server was great. My steak was cooked to perfection, my husband's was over cooked (he ordered it med rare and it was med well to well done) but the rest of his food was great. The waitress noticed, and told the manager (my husband didn't complain) The manager came to our table and apologized with an offer to remake it. But my husband said it was fine, it happens. The manager took his meal off our bill, and he didn't have to do that.
We arrived on a Monday night just one hour before closing and we never felt rushed. The drinks were prepared perfectly, with a heavy hand, just like at home! The appetizer was better than anticipated (chicken wings at a steakhouse???) and we even asked for an additional order to take back to the hotel. The center cut pork chops and baby back ribs were superb! Huge portions, not dried out, and freshly prepared. The broccoli and Mac n cheese sides were top notch.Finishing it off with the three layer strawberry cream cheese cake for dessert and our diets were ruined for the rest of the week!!! No complaints whatsoever.... The staff even posted up for pictures with us
Had a very good meal. We were a group of 5 and everyone enjoyed their food. We shared dessert. It was fantastic.
The wait was very long but WORTHH ITT!! We got sat down and ordered, when I tell you everything came out at a good time after we ordered and it was so BOMB, the steak juice itself was so good to where we didn't need any steak sauce!!! Definitely will be coming back to this place and the White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms appetizer I definitely recommend omgg !
I wanted to take my last boss to dinner to say thank you for all he'd done for me before I left. Aside from the wait, as they were very busy even at 3pm, it was a nice experience. The food was great. The server was excellent. In fact, the server was perfect.A lot of the time if you ask for more time to order, because you're talking, it's like you don't see the server for 20 minutes. Or you may be left with no drink for 20 minutes. They returned at exactly the right times throughout the entire meal. They made sure we had everything we needed. Weren't bothersome. I am seldom happy with the service I receive almost anywhere, so I left a big tip.
I like it, the service was great and the meal was delicious
Salad was good. Potato was a little under cooked. The Flo's Filet was way over cooked and dried out. Very disappointing.Went back and January 19th. We had the wild west shrimp, ceaser salad, flo's filet and baked potato. The shrimp was rubbery. Didn't touch the steak or potato because I got sick after the shrimp and salad. Was sick all night. The last 2 visits were terrible. Don't think we will be going back.
The hostess was very rude did not greet us when we walked in and we stood up at the counter for about 6 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Then she ruled her eyes when we said we would prefer a booth. The server was great and the timing of food was good. However, my baked potatoes were so salty that even the inside was salty and my kids mac and cheese was so dry. The steaks had great flavor. But, for the overall experience, we will more than likely not return to this location.
This is my first experience at this location. Every experience I've had has always been great at the Hill Rd location and I expected no less from here. Everything with my order was fine EXCEPT my 10oz salmon was burnt, bitter and dry. It was so burnt I actually double checked that the menu item wasn't blackened salmon. The website description describes it as "grilled to flaky perfection". It was not. The edges of the fish are so burnt they blend with the container. The differences in what I received and what's advertised are glaringly obvious. Due to the construction and traffic on a busy weekend afternoon, it was too much of a hassle to go back soooo I wasted $22. ?ugh
