I loved everything I ate and drank here. The entrees were hefty portions and very well spiced. The martinis are also a nice size and uniquely flavored. Staff were friendly and helpful in explaining different dishes. Highly recommend.
I really enjoyed my dish. Staff was very friendly and patient explaining the menu.
Best sushi ive had on a while, very fresh! Miso soup was decent too.
Pros: Lemongrass soup was very good.Cons: Sat in the front of the restaurant for at least 20 minutes with no acknowledgement at all from any servers. One server Javier made eye contact with me at least twice but never greeted me at all. So, I sat and watched as 2 young ladies came in way after me...he immediately greeted them, cleaned off the dirty table behind me and started to serve them. Wth! I then waited to give him a chance to greet me and take my order...but nothing after another 10 minutes. He continued to serve every else around me. At this point, I'm a little furious so decided to call the restaurant from inside the restaurant and asked for a manager. I told them what was happening, but no manager came. A server named Bryan approached me a short time later and took my order. He was very apologetic and did a great job. Now back to Javier which I kept observing. Another couple came in waiting for at least 10 to 15 minutes at the front podium. Javier did see them, but did not greet them whatsoever. They eventually left since they got totally ignored. But, after them was a single younger girl and low and behold...Javier greeted her immediately, sat her down and got her a drink right away. I usually don't write reviews like this, but after seeing this and being ignored from my initial arrival. It's was a very frustrating experience. Hopefully, this customer service issue gets addressed immediately. I don't even want to get into the restroom experience (I have photos and video but that would be very detrimental)....thats a whole other negative experience all together. Lets just say the cook from the restaurant next door said the manager locked them so i had to go through the kitchen of the other restaurant to use their backroom restroom. My entree was okay....flavor was good, but beef was tough. I didn't even finish my drink, wasn't good at all. And I ALWAYS finish my drinks. Sucks. I had high expectations for this place.
This food was okay. We repeatedly tried to order drinks that were not sweet - specifically asking for now sweet cocktails - and all three times got very sweet ones. It was fine mostly but a tad frustrating. The food was not bad at all but also not amazing. It was a perfectly fine experience and I would go back. Just not a five star experience.
We were looking for lunch and it was one of the few places open in the area. It was our lucky day. Jeremy took great care of us, he was helpful with the recommendations, and got us a few nice drinks. We loved the mango rice, it is a must, though so is everything else, can’t go wrong. We actually loved the place and Jeremy so much that the following day went back for some more mango rice and drinks. That time it was during the evening, it was much more busy, but Jeremy found time to take good care of us again. Thank you, we will stop by next time we are in town.
We were cordially greeted and shown to our table. On asking we were given menues on paper (don’t like reading menues on the mobile). My husbands sole was a bit bland taste wise but it was cooked quite right. My daughter and I shared a combination plate with sushi/sashimi and so on - and enjoyed it very much.
I was here with a group of 6 after work. We were NOT impressed! $10 for Vodka Tonic or Vodka Soda is RIDICULOUS! Same drink at Bernard's across the street is no more than $6. When asked whether this was Happy Hour, the waitress explained that it only applies to groups of 5 or less and those at the bar. That's fine if clearly marked, but the waitress explained that there was a sign on the door but it might be covered up. How shady! Seafood Rangoons, something you can normally get for $5-6 elsewhere were $12. Now they were a little better than other places - I can probably justify $8-10, but $12? No way. We were there less than an hour and my total bill with tip for 2 drinks and rangoons was $40. We will be taking our business elsewhere unless serious improvements are made!
The food we got was amazing. However all three of us had something wrong with our orders. Wrong salad, egg cooked wrong, and wrong sushi roll. Our waitress was very nice but not very attentive.
I sat at the bar and ordered the shrimp pad Thai for lunch. It was fantastic! Lukas was very friendly and my experience was all around great. I ordered medium heat and it was exactly what I wanted!
