the pork bahn mi was delicious, but I ordered the pho meal package which comes with 2 pho, 2 summer rolls and 2 drinks, and I only received 1 pho and no summer rolls or drinks. Incredibly disappointing, no answer when I called either.
Their steak Banh Minh is incredible. The French bread is perfect, veggies etc all paired with the bean sprout salad, equally as amazing. If you are near this place, you must try it. Great, fast service, highly recommend it. Pork was a winner as well.
I come here about every other trip to Columbus. I SHOULD eat here every time but there are just so many food options. I got the chicken with rice and noodles and was pretty happy with it. They used to give a "side" plate of cilantro/hot sauce/bean sprouts but I didn't get it this time. It wasn't until I sat down that I noticed it. The "additions" definitely add to the meal.
Delicious pho noodles and broth, and summer rolls are great.
There is a way better pho restaurant than this place
The North Market is always busy but my roommates and I had great authentic foods and left us with satisfied bellies!
The food is great but the customer service...just terrible.It was a slow Tuesday today around 3:30pm. Nobody was before me in line so I stood at the window for almost four minutes waiting for the six of the staff to acknowledge me. I would catch their eye, smile that "I'm ready to order" smile and they'd go back to their business. The lady finally came up to the window and as I went on to tell her what I wanted, she then, turned her hear, looked at the woman behind me and ask her were the two bottles of coke in her hand all she wanted. Seriously?! So I stood there for another two minutes while she waited on the other customer....went on three minutes and I left. As I went by the front counter, the lady yelled something at me...like, come back, I'm ready now....nope! I just yelled, there's a lot more places here that want my business. Very RUDE!!!
Kind of surprise about the good reviews... I had a chicken banh mi, lack of veggies inside it was mostly a chicken sandwich to be fair :/
I got a chicken banh mi and it was amazing. I will dream about that sandwich for years to come. I had already agreed to split it with the rest of my family before I tasted it or I don't think I would have shared at all!
The food was awful. The noodles were very soggy from sitting in broth for a long period of time. There were only two eggrolls to an order. Before Covid there were three. The eggroll were mushy. The crisp exterior had been exposed to water or steam and had been sitting prior to ordering.
