I was a loyal costumer. The lady owner can remember my name and my order every time I came to pick up. Unfortunately last week, I ordered Thai tea then I found out it was Kung fu tea! But it was late at night at the time so after work the next day I came back. The guy owner said definitely no refund and no replacement. He said if the sticker order said Thai tea! It’s a Thai tea! Not “why don’t you call us yesterday, sorry about that”! He thought I was lying? I was buying 2-4 times a week from here! Fine no more. Please run away. Let buy another branch better taste and service :)
Quick, friendly, and DELICIOUS. Taro milk tea, bubbles, and pudding are the best.
We used the Kung Fu Tea app to order ahead. They made our drinks quickly, despite being very busy since it was the first warm day of the year. The team was very friendly during pickup as well!

They should improve everything. Drink is too sweat. Customer services is bad, they dont answer customer concern. Not recommended at all!

If you want to try something different for a drink, this is the place. They have different varieties of flavors to go with their boba and they serve you really fast. I usually get my drinks served to me in less than 3 minutes from the time I ordered it.
