Higher ups are stealing tips from the workers! card tips do not go to any of the workers and when i asked where the tips were going the workers genuinely didn’t know. this is absolutely ridiculous, the people working here are in their teens and early twenties. why do the higher ups need to steal from teenagers??? i’ve always had great service here from the workers but this honestly disgusted me. i don’t know if the tips are going to the manager or to the owner or WHOEVER but they NEED to go to the WORKERS. if i leave a tip i except it to go to the people who are servicing me and making my drinks, not some random business owner who probably makes well over 100k per year. disgusting. please leave these workers some cash tips, they deserve it.
So many options! I wasn't expecting that so it took me forever to chose. I ended up picking the Italian mocha slush and it did not disappoint, the cashier recommended adding jelly (little Jell-O squares) Carmel flavor and omg that was the perfect touch ❤️ I wish they had one closure to me.
Great boba. I cant get enough of their mango green tea!! I wish I can go here more often but it's alittle out of budget. But, it's super close to campus so it's easy to walk over after class or dinner as well. The staff there are also super fast and kind. One time I dropped my drink on the way out and they just remade it for me. It does get a little crowded in the afternoon since there is no seating and is a smaller store but during the day it is no problem.
I love Kung Fu tea but I feel like this location isn’t super consistent. I am very particular about how I like mine done so I usually order through the app. It’s not bad but definitely prefer other locations.
Incredibly rude and short tempered cashier, I could barely hear them over their loud music. I have never been made to feel so dumb for asking for clarification. They made my drink and it was wrong! They refused to remake it or provide me with the missing black tea I asked for so I could mix it in myself. It’s out of my character to challenge restaurant employees but given the awful experience I wanted to take a stand. I asked for a written refund policy. It was no where to be found on their receipt or store & the website they directed me to didn’t have it either. They eventually provided a refund after they failed to provide a written policy I could reference. It was a horrifying experience. I couldn’t recommend this location less.
I come here about every 2 weeks, typically i get the s'mores slush or Oreo slush. The mango creamsicle is my new favorite. I recommend using the app because they send rewards pretty often. You can even pay with the app if you want to. The employees are nice. It's not somewhere you can sit, it's more of a grab and go.
We were ordering bubble tea yesterday through their app and realized it was at a wrong location. We called them right away to let them know and asked to cancel our order. They said the order has been made and there’s nothing they can do. My sister was so nice. She was like ok, thanks and hung up the phone. I told her to call one more time to explain that we’re on 270 heading toward the sawmill location. We live in Sunbury, OSU location is way too far for us, but they still won’t refund our money. The irony part is that we called them right away, probably under 1 min after the order being placed. The order was placed at 3:32pm. We called at 3:33pm &3:34pm. As you can see the pictures below. These people are money hungry and greedy. Don’t buy from them.
