Great variety of drinks. Different options for pop up bubbles and milk tea.They have a cool self ordering machine at the entrance, you can order from there and wait till you get served. Service was quick and disciplined. But they do not have dine in open.
Good location. Get’s busy but you can order ahead with app.Fast service even with nonstop orders.The Milk tea was okay. Shop appears to be take-out only. There are no chairs or tables.
We used Kung Fu Tea at Kenny Center for a work event. They were amazing!! They made choosing the menu very easy, they arrived early to deliver, and they were so kind. The employees at my office were WOW’ed by having a boba bar at work. Try it!

I am happy because of Vietnamese girl there. She is so nice and friendly. All staffs there so NICE and quick, professional and milk tea great. My parents, my sister and my neighbors love it.
How have I not been here before!!! So much customization and incredibly delicious drinks. Seriously. Try not to get overwhelmed by the menu. You can always come back to try more!!
Super busy most of the times but you can order ahead on the app. You can also get loyalty points through the app as well. Customizable teas, slushies, hot and cold drinks...add your bubbles, popping bubbles, aloe jelly, peach pieces to make your drink better! Egg tarts are really good too. Cheesecake, not so good.
Wonderful as always! :) Always a treat to get a drink from here. Staff is very friendly. Coconut milk tea with mango popping bubbles is a great combo!!

Always the busiest location of kung fu tea. But they are open later than the sawmill location and are more consistent with getting what you order
