Accused of stealing by store cashier when clearly set cashier was the one that helped me check out at the self checkout lane. While leaving the store after checkout store cashier stopped me and accused me of stealing so def won't be shopping at this Kroger store location. Def a horrible experience. Like how u gonna accused someone of stealing when they clearly have the receipt!? Def would give this a negative ZERO star review if it let me but sadly that's not the case.
Not impressed at all. The customer service line was 7 people in it. There was 3 cashiers but only 1 person doing the resister the entire time. They don’t care about there customersThe manager should’ve been on top of this
I really like the value convenience and selection of produce and healthy food items at this Kroger. The employees are all very pleasant and helpful. Especially the folks at the prepared foods deli section in the cheese section particularly.I do not like the trash filled parking lot and there is insufficient parking on busy shopping days. But, this is a first world problem LOL
Do not go to kroger. Just go to Giant Eagle off 3rd worth the money to not have rotten fruit and long wait times.

Management needs to hire someone to work the check out registers. It's all self checkout and it's chaos. Hire more workers.

Every single time I go into this kroger the entire store smells so terrible. I bought a piece of cake yesterday and there was two hairs packaged inside of it. Only half of the customers wear their masks correctly let alone wear them at all. I walk into this store and my mood is automatically completely ruined every single time. The experience is terrible.
This is one of the BEST Kroger in Columbus, Ohio. Have a big selection and have a lot of hard to find items.
