If I could, I would've given zero stars! Ordered a cake for my five year olds birthday party and it was terrible! It looked like my five year old decorated it. The writing was sloppy and it looked like they messed up the writing then tried covering it with a different color. Now mind you, I ordered it 48 hours in advance and had to order out of town because where I live, neither Kroger or Walmart had a cake decorator. Very disappointed and will not order from them again!
staff clicklist better and not make one poor boy do it all. yiu could have had one of the several employees in the lot doing carts help take groceries to cars to get caught up or something. I have now been waiting 45 minutes 15 of which I had to park elsewhere because all the spots are full which others are doing now too.
Clicklist is under staffed and takes way too long.
I waited 2 hours for my pick up, which they hadn't even pulled off the shelf yet. And no one had the courtesy to even tell us. Terrible.
I normally recommend this store but within the past couple of weeks I have had an issue that I would like to bring to this locations attention, my mother that is 69 years old went into the Georgesville Square location and there were only 3 carts available that were stuck together while trying to get them apart smashed two fingers that she is currently icing there was another older lady trying to help her. I have went into your location a few times in the past couple of weeks and cart availability has been an issue each time and a few friends I know that frequent your location have had the same issue where some have had to go back outside and get carts from the parking lot. Why is getting the carts inside becoming such an issue?
My first time here. Just moved into the area. Very friendly and helpful staff! Store is clean and well stocked. I’ll certainly be back.
I went into Kroger to see if my daughters medication was in. it wasnt but the gentleman explained that they actually had to order it because they were out themselves. I understand that happens. He was nice and helpful. After that i went to look at something for my kids. I found what I wanted and Julie was working in the area. She is so sweet and helpful. She is an awesome person. she made my day today. I am so happy to be a shopper at this store. I havent ever had a bad experience.
sitting here in Krogers it's 9:04 p.m. they only have two cashier's open and the lines are backed up out across the aisle. I do not recommend the store for that reason. I don't care if a few more cents are added some of my items, but higher enough cashiers to get the job done. wasted time standing in overly long lines is a large part of our lifetimes that we will never get back. It's not acceptable
I witnessed a manager today being extremely rude (unnecessarily I may add) to the cashier who was checking out the person in front of me bc she had a water at her station. She indicated she had a doctors note and needed it and the manager was so rude and very condescending and took it from her. The managers name was Vicki. I’m sorry but those in leadership have a responsibility for those under their helm to treat them as a person and put their well being ahead of rules. The poor cashier was crying after the incident and I had to tell her to shake it off. This is unacceptable to treat your workers in this fashion.
You can always find an employee waiting to help you. And also good place to find a really good desert.
