We ordered donuts for our son's wedding reception instead of cake. The donuts were a hit! Always consistently delicious and melt in your mouth. Huge shoutout to Eric for helping me with my order and being so polite!
They do not make their glazed donuts in the morning when they open(6:00am), and make customers pay more for assorted donuts. I just paid $38 for 2.5 dozen of their closest option to regular glazed. They do this on purpose to boost their revenue. If you want regular glazed donuts in the morning, DO NOT go here. They will not have any ready and tell you it’s your fault for coming when they open. It’s unethical and a horrible business model to make customers pay more because you are behind. They literally make everything more expensive first to make more money. I have never been to a donut place that does not have all items ready when they open. I worked at Resch’s bakery for years and know from experience that this is not how any reputable business works. You are supposed to bake fresh daily before opening time and have stock of everything when you open. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere from now on and you should too.
I truly hate to rate a place so low; however I have never experienced a place that consistently has a poor selection and consistently old/stale doughnuts.Of the 3 location visits, I cannot say I would return to this particular location.This location seems to lack the variety of other stores and a staff that truly care about the services and goods rendered, which is really quite sad.There is a tremendous amount of room for growth and learning from this feedback.
Went there because we had a coupon. Got to cashier and it was more we told her we had a coupon she got manager. He gave us the two dozen of donuts on coupon. Was very happy and donuts was so fresh and good. The cashier apologized it wasn't her fault the register didn't take scan right.
So clean! My wife and I recently visited this location sad to find out that they don’t sell crullers ?. The host JOLITA made the experience! She was so kind very helpful!
First time in years that I have had Krispy Kreme donuts,they were so fresh and soft and still warm, Yum!! Signed up for the rewards program and downloaded the app so I'm getting some good coupons and even free donuts. Definitely go try them.
Went to get donuts and was closed cause nobody to work. I was craving these donuts. They put crack in them and you'll be addicted to sugar buzz bliss. ----Polaris location----Second try at Reynoldsburg location was a fail. Ryan, the employee not helping me was sneezing and coughing with no hand washing.Get it together donut holes!

Got there this morning when the opened at 6 am to get fresh original glazed donuts for my kids birthday to have before school. I bought a dozen. They sold me cold, day old donuts. Didn't find out until I got home. I wish they would have told me the donuts weren't fresh.
