Just great jelly filled donuts...
Somehow ran out of donuts 3 hours before closing. When turning the corner to leave the drive through, I see they sold basically every donut to a single lady stuffing them into her SUV like the person from a math problem. Seriously, make people like that call in a catering order instead of having to tell every single person going through the drive through you're out of multiple types of donuts causing your line to get backed up like Starbucks at prime time cuz everyone's plan is disrupted and they don't know what to order any more.
Have always had good donuts from here before...that said we picked up a dozen donuts on a Thursday at 6 pm. 1/2 were cream filled varieties, none of them had filling AT!! And they were stale. What a waste of money and this after they raised the prices, which I don't have a problem with, but seriously! You are one product and can't do that?!
The two women working the front today at around 1:30/1:45pm were a great team, and it was just a pleasure ordering my donuts. They were patient when I couldn't decide my order, and eager to help me choose. Thanks for being awesome and helping spread positivity.
So I placed a order for 8 Doreen for the apartment complex I work at for Valentine’s Day. I came to get my order and they didn’t have it. I know I called this location because it’s the first one on my google search because it’s the closest. But they swear they never got an order!!! I went to both locations near me neither place had my order at all. I know I called this location and the guy even sounded familiar. Now I’m running behind trying to find something for our residents. Also, if you have a pick up online order you still have to go through the drive thru even when it’s a mile long because the lobby is closed. Not worth it, go support your local small bakeries! They’re better anyways!
This location used to be the best donut stop. But getting them today after maybe a Year?, they definitely are not the same. The glaze was granular, dough was over cooked, and seemed stale. My favorite used to be the chocolate glazed, and their chocolate recipe must've changed cause they aren't the same.
I went there today at 2pm. A note on drive through said sorry closed. Wow! Very disappointing!! But reading the reviews maybe I should be happy. Sounds like it would have been a waste of money!!
Got the Valentine's Day dozen and nobody is going to be my Valentine now. Half of the donuts had zero filling and the other half had about teaspoon of filling. I normally expect their special donuts to look like a Nailed It attempt, but this time was really disappointing.
It was okay. The lobby was closed didn't like that. Getting donuts is a rare treat. Sure wish we could of went in.
Employee was not the nicest and made my wife mad. We didn't end up buying any donuts.
