I stopped in this location recently and they had great customer service and the food was good and fresh. Really impressed.
The restaurant itself was in nice condition, and seemed very clean. The service wasn't the best however, they seemed annoyed i was inside to order, and even forgot part of the order (and my order was only for 2 people), despite having gone inside so it wasn't forgotten. The food we did get was...warm-ish, and tasted fine enough tho
Great service, food was HOT and delicious. We spent 17 for two people by getting the big box meal and an extra sandwich. Had enough left over to eat with lunch tomorrow. Super satisfied.
Don’t even bother stopping here. Buy a bucket and only the top few pieces are warm. All the rest are cold , greasy and undercooked. I like my steak rare but not my KFC.
They kept the $20 fillup but you get no green beans, no cole slaw, smaller mashed potatoes and it was all dark pieces. Last visit for us.
The person behind the counter was friendly and helpful. We don't get KFC very often so we weren't too sure what to order, but she helped us get a good deal. (3 piece meals instead of a single bucket) Also the food was good.
The lady who took my orded was very rude! We ordered tenders and they were extremely nasty! The plain ones was undercooked and the hot ones was in a bowl filled halfway with sauce.. fries were soggy and cold! Spend $20 and only ate the biscuit and drinked the pop....

Mid December 2021 I ordered 6 chicken strips only, no meal. 2 weeks later I'm told they only offer 3 or 8. So I ordered 8. Didn't hear how much I was being charged till I got home and looked. Called the restaurant and they confirmed the 80% price increase. It went from $8 for 6 chicken strips to $17 for 8 chicken strips. No meal, just strips. That's gouging the consumer and is poor business ethics. I will not return to KFC for anything in the future. The quality of the strips do not line up with pricing. I can get just as good strips from Steak N Shake for less than 1/2 the cost.
The young lady who took and gave us our order was the most pleasant, most personal person that has waited on me my entire life. We chatted and I told her this before I left with my order. If only everyone else in food service could be like this. Pastor Jim
