My Sister and I got the Bowl Meal and added 2 Biscuit's a piece to our Bowl's. The Bowl's were really hot and fresh. But our Biscuit's were hard and you could definitely tell they weren't fresh. We had 4 Biscuit's with our order, so they should have been fresh. Smh.
There were 2 big orders that came in right before I got there but they didn't keep us updated and our sandwiches had nothing on it. No pickles, no condiments. Just chicken and bread.
When I walk in they are always nice and they always are kind I don't ever have a problem with them I do appreciate that thank you for keeping my food warm and delicious keep up the great work
Do not order from the KFC on Morse rd online in columbus. First they tell you your order is ready 25 min before it is. Then the food is cold. When you return it they laugh in your face. But the ultimate is they don't even give you what you order . We ordered 16 PC meal 4 breast 4 thigh 4 legs 4 wings. We got all dark meet. We called 8 times they never answered when we went to store they said we Never called again laughed at us every single person but the white guy on the fries. The manager and owner said they are not responsible
Food was fresh.The person working the window was helpful and running everything alone. Other staff were smoking when we arrived, very hostile and rude when I asked if I could use the restroom. I see I’m not the only one who has had a negative experience with the staff. I hope they get the training and support they need to provide basic politeness with their customers.
The food is good but the line is always long. Even when the line isn't long we have to wait for them to bring out famous bowls.
Tried the chicken sandwich and was very pleased. Was told when i ordered it would take a few minutes, but it was worth the wait.
Even with low staff, they did a good job!
Had no food i had to leave a whole hour before they closed
very rude black lady said she was the manager and didnt want to serve me juat because I said hello. I had to wait on the drive through and was answered very rudely. I dont recommend this location.
