The customer service worker at the register a little difficulty placing the order on the POS register but other than that she was friendly the food was hot and it was actually delicious thanks KFC Cleveland Avenue
Please don’t go to this location because the manger that was on duty when I when was so rude. I called the corporate office and told them about my experience and they were very helpful and gave me my money back. But here is the kicker after I called the corporate office they sent her something and then she calls me. Smh mad because I called corp and she thought the she fix the situation by giving me some food. KFC DO BETTER
I ordered original , and I heard the young lady tell someone original crispy. I don't eat crispy chicken, so I personally won't be coming back ever. Even the service sucked big time. I had to wait almost ten minutes, before getting service, and I was the only customer at the moment.
Literally never order from this KFC Location. If I could give 0 stars i would. This our 3rd time ordering from this place and they always mess up the order and it takes them ages to fill out one order. They never have the sides or food you order. I can tell you we will not be ordering from this KFC location ever again.
Cleveland Ave fast food = getting disrespted by mostly young females who lack respect for themselves.. Poorly trained, not well spoken, always angry, always got a hearing problem and is so full of ego they don't even apologize when they inconvenience the customer due to their mistakes. Who repeats your order and still gets it wrong, first of all? The mixed girl in the KFC drive thru is who. She wanted to argue when I brought my food back, and she took the food I'd opened up and bit off of. Hope she doesn't try to serve it. When I asked for a refill for the inconvenience of having to return to the store they said "we don't do that", and considering you mess up your orders and don't pass out utensils/napkins/drinks, plus you pull your customers up when there's only 1 in line cus yall are so slow to move I think yall could afford to apologize for your incompetent staff with a splash ofPepsi. .
Horrible horrible horrible,,, bunch of kids walking around working and complaining that can't even put together a simple order,, waited over 25 minutes ,, multiple people came up to try and help, so had 3 kids putting together an order, touching it,, and I still didn't get my food,, finally just asked for my money back and still had to wait because no one knows what they are doing,,, definitely needs some better management,,,
Just no organization at all. Not sure if the lady in the red and whit estriol was considered a manger but no ma’am she wasn’t it You can tell she was under pressure and overwhelmed but she signed up for that regather yourself ma’am Just horrible
To the employees who always come to work( the Like 3 or 4 who are ALWAYS there) I want to THANK YOU for explaining yall are short staffed and out of sadly everything. I am so sorry for the rude customers you get. And for the short woman in drive thru who calls everyone baby, I LOVE YOU. You're so sweet and kind. I love this location. The employees are very nice every time I come here
At around 5:35 pm Monday January 10, 2022 I stopped at the drive thru and ordered one half dozen biscuits (thats 6) and one large order of green beans, the associate then told me to pull around to the window. She then ask what I wanted for my drink ... I told her I didn't order drink, she then repeated my order and was correct then took my debit card and gave me my order and my card back...but conveniently did not give me a a receipt. Once I got home and checked my account I saw where I was charged $14.68!! I live down the street from this location but I will never ever go back after being CHEATED like that!!? not to mention the half dozen biscuits where all smashed and the green beans were Cold!!
We were just at this location in the drive thru and the employee on the intercom told us that it would be a 25 minute wait on the chicken we didn't want to wait so we left. As we were driving by the front of the restaurant 4 employees were standing outside smoking what a pitiful crew
