I came to play Trivia tonight and had the worst service of my life. I fully understand places are short staff however this organization should have been prepared for a lot of people that were gonna show up for DJ Trivia. I saw 3 waitresses standing around doing the Queen of hearts when other people are trying to get food. My food was cold there was no service and the wait was 1 hour. I won't be ever going back into that place. The only reason I gave this score one was I couldn't rate it as 0.
It's now just... Joe's. Not part of the Average Joe's franchise. It provides serviceable pub fare, although the selection and prices could be improved.
The name fits. I grew up in a small town. And this place feels like it was plucked right out of it. Chill bartenders. The usual crews. Good wings and plenty of space. If it wasn't for Covid I'd be checking it out more often. All it's missing is a couple of pool tables.

Just walked out of average Joe's today under New Management new fixtures being brought in thorough cleaning done to pass inspection and prices went from $2 for a 20 oz beer in a can to $2.75 for 12 oz bottle also mixed drinks went from $4.50 a drink to $5.50 a drink they clean their own another computer system from another average Joe's bar they've had plenty of time to fix that and they did not very convenient I will never go back the new owner thinks she's all that and more six of us walked out in less than 2 hours over this convenient over pricing if you're going to go there take a fat wallet
Happy hour (5p 7p) had $2 domestic and food specials. Everything looked great.
Great place to go on Monday’s for their wings special $5 for 10 wings.

Service here is...well I am not sure you can call it service. Not a regular so getting served was a bit of an issue. Bartenders love using their phones though, so maybe if you get their #s you might be able to text them your order. Somehow, you will get your food and drinks faster if you sit outside then you will if you sit in the middle of the bar.
