SUPER DUPER friendly staff and delicious ice cream. Very thankful for everyone working there who took care of us during the crazy concert that was going on. Much love! ❤️
Jeni's does have a great deal going for it. Friendly staff, comfy atmosphere, and a kind of built in nostalgia with the decor. That said, it still can't shake that chain kind of feel. The down and dirty on the ice cream is this. It's good. Above average even. Just not unforgettable. Those who like a little salty with their sweet will be pleasantly surprised. Those who don't may want to avoid it.
As I pulled up out front of the store it was quiet and peaceful on this snowy night. I scanned over the variety of tasty looking flavors and settled with Brambleberry Crisp, Salted Carmel, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, and White Chocolate Peppermint. All four were very tasty with Pineapple Upside Down Cake and White Chocolate Peppermint being my two favorites and a tie for first in my book. The staff is friendly, and they take care of customers right away. I found the place to be very clean and a nice family atmosphere. This is a nice place to bring a family or a significant other for a delicious treat.
There is a line to get in and with good reason. Many flavors to choose from and with catchy names. A good stop for that ice cream snack in Columbus!

Service is always prompt even when they have a full house. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Prices that are reasonable. Feeling here is similar to a place in Columbus I liked.

Delicious Ice Cream and Variety! Not just your typical ice cream flavors but creative and different flavors. The way you’re able to mix and match flavors for your bowl or cone is great. Service was wonderful too! Will definitely be back and can’t wait to order some of their pints. Decent selection of gluten free and dairy free flavors.
We visited downtown Columbus on a vacation one time and we stopped here. Delicious treat and made for a great afternoon!
