My boyfriend ordered a 12” round three layer cake and when we arrived to pick it up the person there did not have a box big enough to package it. After trying to put it in 3 different boxes that we could see would not work, she found a sheet cake box, which did not have the appropriate hard sides to protect and the cake also was still not tall enough for it to fit inside. She placed parchment on top of it and taped it open and asked us if “that made sense?” It did not. The icing was smashed on the front and back edges while we walked out of the mall because the box collapsed in on the cake. We had to try and find a cake carrier (we didn’t) and had to take it out of town in an open box. They should not sell cakes that they cannot package. I would not have taken the cake out of the store that way, however my boyfriend was TOO NICE to say anything.
So glad that I didn't stick to window shopping here. I tried the butter cake and it was divine! Definely worthy of the time in the gym. Love the by-the-slice options. In town for business or vacation and looking for that moment of self-indulgence? This will do it. Try a selection for that next fireside evening with tea or coffee. It will be a quiet evening because no one will want to talk while savoring these delights. Oh, and enjoy watching the artists decorate!
I came upon this store looking for a retail store. They definitely need customer service training, especially the owners and counter help. The baked goods, I received a cupcake and banana pudding. The cupcake was moist and the butter cream wasn't too sweet, which I liked. My daughter's banana pudding was good as well; there were no bananas inside, but it was smooth and creamy and had a good flavor. Because of the customer service, I will not try them again. I dislike going into an establishment and feeling attitudes and bad energy. Unknowingly, they charge a 3.95% fee if you use your credit or debit card. Bring Cash.
Ordered a cake for my husbands graduation and they did such a wonderful job!!!! Not only did it look great, it tasted amazing too.

My absolute favorite bakery in the city! Not only does this bakery have the best cheesecake in the city but the flavors really are exciting. I never make it out of the parking lot/spot when I’m taking one bite that I end up eating half of my cheesecake. Never have been a fan of chocolate cake but the chocolate cake here taste like a moist brownie! The cookies and truffles are amazing and the cinnamon rolls are too! Please keep up the amazing work ❤️

I wanted to get a special cake for my boyfriends 30th birthday. I Wanted to support local, saw they produced quality work and thought they had good tasting treats.I paid $95 plus tip before even getting to see the cake and was very underwhelmed by the presentation. The person I had picking it up did not know what to say so she took the cake, plus with it being the day of we had no other choice.When I emailed the company later she was very rude and unprofessional in her responses and was unwilling to do anything to resolve my issues.I did ask for less frosting, but did note a cake they had in store I liked and was hoping it would look like. I asked for metallic gold and was told I could not get that but later saw that they could on their instagram profile. I asked for the 30 to be big on the front and it's so hard to see as it blends in. The "N" in his name is a "Z" and the letter are different fonts. Cake tasted good but could have gone somewhere else for that and probably a better design. I was really excited and clearly my vision was not captured and my dollars not appreciated.I will not be returning nor do I recommend to others because I can't guarantee the quality they advertise on their social media sites.See below for my Inspo and what I actually got.
