They lost my entire order and refused to make my order again. I’ve never tried the food, but the customer service needs help.Edit: Thanks for responding. Convenience and communication is what every customer needs. It was not the fault of the delivery service nor the driver. Your staff continued to tell the driver, a diamond rated driver, that I had gotten my food even though it didn’t show on my end, the driver’s end nor the delivery services end. The driver called to confirm with me. I, nor the driver, was ever told to reorder ( the order was still active on the app and the driver waited for 30 minutes trying to reason with your staff while I was on the phone with the driver). You never canceled the order. So, after waiting over an hour and a half, I told the driver to cancel the order. No one ever told me to reorder and why would a customer do that anyway? That is not the protocol of any establishment. I hope that in the future you move to correct the problem by communicating. I was cheated out of an experience and my driver didn’t receive her tip because there was no food to deliver. The driver never delivered food because you never gave her the food.
The chicken tasted like it was cooked on a grill that hasn't been cleaned in a year. I like grilled chicken with char but this just tasted burnt! The meat wasn't dry it was just the outer char that tasted like old burnt food. Best part of the meal was the cabbage and rice with peas!
I ordered the oxtails, cabbage and plantains. It was good, not fabulous, but good. The portions were large enough. That food was over-priced.
My family’s favorite spot for Caribbean food!! Alway delicious, the exact right amount of spice, and large portions. Totally addicting comfort food…my go-to after a rotten day at work!
I had the jerk chicken with rice . Mann!! So tasteful and fulling I usually don't write reviews but this one requires one made my late night stomach rumbles silence and satisfying!! Thank you look forward to ordering again would added photo but I devoured this meal
This was the worst Caribbean food I have ever tasted. How do you mess up cabbage. Well they found a way to do it. No flavor at all. The jerk had no flavor and tasted like it was microwaved. The same for the brown stew chicken. I would not recommend this place if you want good quality Caribbean food.
The food is disgusting and TASTELESS. Their rice and beans are trash, chicken has no flavour and the Jollof rice isn't even Jollof rice.
I place my order online the restaurant was very clean and organized! But my food was cold, oxtails was over cooked, my rice was cold and dry!
I thought I was getting Jamaican food! Bun rice and BBQ pork is not jerk pork.. I try to support my people, but I was looking for authentic food. I'll keep looking while I'm here visiting
Definitely a 5 out of 10 I was very underwhelmed. The mac & cheese was very watery yet a decent flavor. The cabbage was really good. The Jollof rice was flavorless behind the seasoning on top. Lastly the oxtails, I was expecting more food and flavor. I purchased a large and now I'm wondering what the small looks like. The oxtails tasted very vinegary, yet they were tender. I probably wouldn't recommend this place more go back.
