I discovered this fantastic Nigerian restaurant during our first trip to Columbus and always make it a point to get food here whenever we visit from Cincinnati. The food is always delicious, fresh and portions are very generous. Just picked up a catered order for our event and the food was excellent. Well worth the drive! Even my Nigerian mother from Maryland said that everything was delicious and cooked very well. IMO this is the best Nigerian restaurant in the Southern Ohio area. The owner is very nice too!

Stewed Spinach & Greens Soup : Farm fresh assorted spinach and greens simmered down and blended with special spices served with a pound of rice and fish

African restaurant choices in Columbus Ohio is limited. The food here was ok, did not get the 'wow' factor. This is my personal taste/opinion and I tell you why you shouldn't rely just on my review. Different countries or tribes of Africa cook certain meals differently though they may carry the same name e.g; Jollof rice, pepper soup etc and if you are used to a particular taste you may not like the other.

The Jollof and fried rice were bathed in oil. It looks like they’ve been been cooked and left sitting there for days before serving them to customers. Or I must have gotten leftovers, who knows. The protein(fish/turkey)? Oh, cold and couldn’t eat them. If they can improve yes go there, otherwise it’s my first and would be my last. Don’t go here.

Located in a brief strip mall between a bakery and a drive thru store. The location offers dine in and take out and closes promptly at 8pm. For dine in orders they are taken at the counter and served to your table. Our server was friendly and helpful with explaining the dishes. The food is cooked to order so patience is a must. The food was served hot and in take out containers. We ordered, jollof rice, warrior, egusi soup, and moi moi. The stews were accompanied by pounded yam and fried rice. The servings are plentiful and more than enough for one person. Each dish was filled with the right amount of spice and heat. You won't be disappointed with the amount of food or taste.

Me and my daughter come from out of town to eat here. The food is very good the staff is always friendly and the food portions are good for the price. We will definitely be returning customers as long as they are open.

Was really disappointed, got fufu and egusi soup. The fufu wasn't properly cooked

I liked trying international food specially when it is owned by a family. We went there as a group of six and ordered different dishes. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious wasn’t healthy at all and too oily. Also it tasted so different so before you go there make sure that you like those kind of food.
