I absolutely love this place…. Customer service is amazing they treat everyone with respect no matter how busy they get. Cookies are just beyond words.
I must have been the only one in our group to not get something unappetizing. Not sure how you mess up vanilla but it was not good. Neither were the peanut butter cookies. My chocolate ice cream was good as was my chocolate chip cookie even though I ordered sugar.
Your ordering system could use some work, why have customers call one number to have the info relayed to the store? That seems very inefficient and makes everything twice as complicated.I spent 7 minutes trying to find my order at your store, as they had mixed it in with deliveries...When I asked to speak to a manager, everyone in the store suddenly became a manager? . TheyManagers don't know how to answer the phone, or put orders in the right place? So I spent $18 on cold brick cookies, and wasn't even offered the option to reheat them, by people claiming to be managers... If they really are managers they should be ashamed of themselves, they aren't representing your best interests. The cookies are usually good but tonight it was hella medicore.
It is really hit and miss. Sometimes the order comes and it is great. Other times it comes and the cookies are old and not all that appetizing. While other times the order just doesn't come. There are times it is really good but you're playing roulette.
The first time I ordered 12 different cookies they were packed in the larger box to accommodate the order. The second time I ordered 12 cookies I got a smaller box with only 7 cookies. After placing a call to the store, the order was corrected to my satisfaction immediately. I like the cookies. Especially the vegan chocolate chip cookies. They taste like the original chocolate chip cookies. I would recommend this location because the cookies are tasty and they will correct your order if they make a mistake.
Got a mixture of cookies, twelve in a box. Each was very good. I love this late night snack!
We love this place! Food is delicious worth every penny especially if you have a sweet tooth! Reminds me of The Gourmet Corner I used to run during my University years. Very soft & ooohhh lah lahhhhh ??☺️
The cookies are the best in the city. There are a variety of all your favorites to choose from. They even have ice cream available. What’s better than warm cookies and ice cream? Yummy ?
I've been here a few times now and I've had an amazing experience and a horrible one which was tonight. The 4 cookies I ordered were old and didn't have that warm felt cookie desire by any means. They literally tasted like a cookie sub way had on the shelf for 2 days. For $11 I'd say the cookies are far from worth it.
They said my card didn't work so I used a different one so the charged both so I paid 60 for cookie's crazy
