The place was clean and staff was super nice. We were traveling and for some reason my car charger was not working and my phone was about dead. The staff let me charge my phone while we ate. They were a huge life saver. My daughter was wanting the blue drink they had but she hates lemonade. So the nice lady that waited on us colored her sprite. I just love this place.
Gotta love some IHOP pancakes, and the mushroom and spinach omelette was delicious too! Restaurant inside was very clean, and the server who was there, practically running the entire restaurant herself at that moment, was spectacular. I cannot emphasize how awesome she was, if you're in the area go check this place out and eat a modest mountain of pancakes you magnificent animal.
Loses a star due to one of the servers having her sick child in the dining room hanging out while she worked. The child coughed in the table next to us through our entire dinner so hopefully we don't get sick! Other than that, the food was fantastic. Everything was cooked perfectly and our server was fun and did everything right. As usual, we will be back!
Very slow an the staff act like they don’t want to wait on you
Great customer service, above and beyond. I placed an online order for breakfast for 60 people for a company meeting at 8:00 am. I arrived at at 7:40 to pick up my order. My order was ready and the staff brought it out. Going to my car the remote would not unlock the car, battery was dead. The Regional Manager Todd was there, he asked his staff to load the food into his car, then he drove me and all the food across town to our meeting. Great experience.
I've been to this location before, and can say this IHOP has the best staff. They definitely go above and beyond and seem to genuinely care about their customers. The food is always great too, but the attitude of the workers is what makes this place 5/5.
I ordered the New York cheesecake pancakes and as i was eating them i felt a sting of hair in my mouth. I was extremely disgusted and threw literally what i had in my mouth up. This so so disgusting and unprofessional. There should never be hair or any foreign object in my food let alone any one’s else food. I would never order from here again.
Feb 4...after heavy ice and snow. one person handling the greeting, order, delivery, bill etc. he did an amazing job! some of the best service I've had and he was all on his own, except for a few in the kitchen
Decent food but service was pretty slow. Probably wouldn’t come back.
Oddly picky service on Christmas Day. The waiter remembered my friend's Oreo shake and my lemon before bringing out my husband's and my waters. We watched the same waiter bring out food for others who sat down before us.I liked his hat, though, so he gets an extra star for Christmas.The place was clean. Moderately busy. Good food. Dinky sausages.
