Our server was very nice and apologetic.But our food was TERRIBLE.My daughter ordered crispy fried chicken and she got chicken tenders and her mac and cheese was definently from a box.I ordered country fried steak, over hard eggs, hash browns and sausage. The sausage was missing, the steak was soggy and the hashbrowns were half the size of the order AND super greasy.When I got the pancakes, they were so cold that the butter didn't melt on them (the butter was put on in the kitchen by the cook, so this tells me they were sitting there for a while before they were brought out to our table.)They remade our order but the eggs were still runny and the hash browns were cold and greasy again :(I don't think we'll go back again.
We arrived on a Sunday morning before the typical rush...we got there about 9:15am or so. We waited for 10 minutes (which is great) before being sat. We then sat for 20 minutes, had 3 waiters walk by and help the tables next to. Not once were we told they'd be with us or even acknowledged. After 20 minutes of sitting we chose to leave and go across the street to Cracker Barrel where we were sat amd had our order placed within 15 minutes of arriving, during the Sunday rush around 10am
Ordered about 10 minutes after 2 am and got my order about 2:50 which is good for how busy this location is at this time. The gentleman wearing a dress shirt every late night I order here is always working hard to get everything (literally everything) done whether he's doing it himself or helping others get stuff done. Food is always good. The amount of people I've heard complain about the wait time made me leave this review. There's not a lot of places open at 2 am anymore so IHOP is going to be slammed. They're not slow, they're busy. Just because there isn't a bunch of customers physically in the building at one time doesn't mean there isn't a bunch of orders. This location is great. 10/10 recommend
We walked in. Got seated. There were about 12 people total in the dining area. We sat 15 minutes before our drink order was taken, another 15 minutes waiting for the drinks to come to the table. I left after about 35 minutes and no order taken. So I would not give them another chance to waste my time and not even get food. If you like them. Do you. I one the other hand won't give them one more second of my precious time. There is only so much time in life. I will never waste any of it there again.
Eh. Our waitress was very nice. However, she smelled so strongly of cigarettes it was very overbearing. Our order was served wrong, she quickly fixed it and I appreciate that very much. I ordered all you can eat pancakes and when I asked for more, she said she wouldn't charge me-thanks? Lol. It wasn't a horrible experience it was just wasn't a good experience. Eh ?
Service was good. It was 4 am and I called in a pickup order. Food was pretty good even though I had a 40 minute drive home.
Let's be real. As a Dasher, and making an obvious observation, a lot of orders come in very late to this store, as this is one of the few places open very late! So, I've seen a lot of things here. The guy in the kitchen is my hero... they have a lot of shade coming in but he throws down in the best way like 'get out of my kitchen or else'!!!
Eric was our server today. Hands down the best server I have ever had. We had a bad experience at this Ihop years ago and haven't been back. I'm so glad we came back. Food was excellent and service was phenomenal. We appreciate you Eric!!!! We will be back on Sundays and request Eric.

Food was good. Wait staff was not very attentive - left a lot to be desired. By the time we paid the check table was still littered with plates and glasses. Had a little hiccup with the bill but it was quickly resolved although we got the impression that wait staff was offended. Tipped good anyway. Hopefully next time will be a better experience.)i(
