Come here at least once a month, sometimes more. We have decided not to come back here again after the experience we had I've gotten spoiled ginger sauce a month ago which made me sick. Several times I have refused to eat it because it tastes like it's going bad. It's only made fresh once a week. Service is getting horrible. Don't even refill drinks most of the time. Usually always have to tell the cook to pass out ginger and yum yum sauce, everytime... Portions vary from cook. Place isn't clean. Old food is always around the walls on the floor. Grill is only partially cleaned everything we come. For the price you pay, the service, food and cleanliness is not worth the money.

TERRIBLE SERVICE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!! I was originally a fan of this restaurant and ordered carryout from them many times- but after the EXTREMELY RUDE service I received- I think I'm done... At lunchtime I TRIED to place an online order and NEVER received a confirmation email, no phone call- NOTHING - and their site didn't seem to be working... No worries (or so I thought) I figured I'll try to order another time.. come dinner time, I tried again- got a confirmation email and drove to pick up the food. I get to the restaurant, give my name and right away the manager is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL- scolding me for not picking up my lunch order from earlier. I firmly explained I NEVER received ANY INFO, the usual confirmation email- NOTHING.. and later ( when I spoke to her on the phone) she could NEVER give an explanation WHY I was NEVER CONTACTED via EMAIL OR PHONE about the failed lunch order. In the past whenever they had a question about my order, they CALLED ME and it was NEVER a problem. This time, the RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SO-CALLED "MANAGER" spoke non-stop about having to THROW AWAY FOOD and they don't SAVE FOOD and they weren't going to make my ONLINE CARRYOUT ORDER until I was PHYSICALLY IN THE BUILDING!!???!! An order that had been placed over 30 minutes ago at that time!!?? All because of something that WASN'T MY FAULT!!!?? And again I was NEVER CONTACTED... EVERY other restaurant GETS YOUR INFO/CONTACTS YOU if you don't PICK UP YOUR FOOD- Computer issues happen ALL THE TIME- I understand. This place has my info, if they had CONTACTED ME, explained they received the order- I would've explained I DIDN'T get the confirmation and I would've happily paid and collected my order asap... They're VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and treat customers like GARBAGE... Wanting the restaurant to fix my ONLINE CARRYOUT order BEFORE my arrival and to contact me if they're having technical issues- LIKE ANY OTHER RESTAURANT, is all I'm asking for- that's not an outrageous request. This place NEEDS to LEARN COMMON COURTESY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IMMEDIATELY!!!

First time here what a wonderful experience the chef was interactive engaged 100 percent asked how I like my meat and noodles cooked staff was very helpful waiter made sure I had everything I ever needed clean and best part clean bathroom total experience would rate 110% please if you want a fun place for a date or for the family or a one of a kind experience this is the place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think we got the best chef in the place. He was super entertaining and kept everyone at the table engaged. Cooked us a great meal and was overall super friendly and enthusiastic. It was my first time having the hibachi experience and my partner was very familiar with the experience and enjoyed it a lot. I definitely will be recommending this place to everyone in my circle.

Take out food was horrible food horrible cold never go there again enless i try eating in........An then had the nerve to reply with this msg well you as the owner then you nwed to know the facts i was sitting in the front lobby the while time waiting for my food because i walked in an placed the order there!!!!

From the soup to the teriyaki chicken with extra egg yolk sauce. Everything was great. The server kept us laughing. The hibachi chef went above and beyond to make our experience great. My family and I loved it.

Placed an order online, they did not follow instructions. Asked for no vegetables in my hibachi order and received it with everything. The food is overly salted and otherwise lacking in flavor. The steak was an incredibly cheap cut of meat. Overall very dissapointed in this location vs other hibachi restaurants holding the same name. Ichiban, definitely not number 1!

the service was outstanding. got seated and served very quickly. never had to wait for anything. the chef was very friendly and made my nephew excited to come back. I am definitely coming back.

I had such a good time here with a group of friends. The food was quality and I highly recommend the monster sushi roll. I can't remember if that's exactly what it was called, but definitely worth the visit if your in the area.
