Poor waiter. Only one working on a Sunday night. He tried so hard to accommodate us because the heater wasn’t heating up enough. Offered to move us and gave us all his kindness. That limp he has was probably from working all day.My Korean friend and I think the food is amazing. This is his going away meal for the long trip he is taking. When he gets back, we’ll definitely come back again.

The table we sat at wasn't wiped down. The floors were very slippery. I think our waiter forgot about us because of how far in the back he sat us. So it was hard to get his attention or service. Our order was incomplete. Overall the food was decent but the bad service made it a hard experience to enjoy or try to over look the other things.
Disgusting. Shrimp tempura is not made with tempura batter, it tasted like McDonald's. Bibimbap smelled like ketchup. Beef bowl smelled awful. Drive 1.5h to Cinci to Gyu Kaku to taste what real Asian BBQ is.Also, reading the responses by the management on these reviews, they treat their customers terribly and argue with them. Never coming here again.

This may have been the worse experience I have ever witnessed going to a bbq restaurant. My 3 friends and I wanted to try this place and we should have just went right next door to los guachos.The waiter was decent to us was when we left. Coming in, we never got water until we asked for it. When we asked, the waiter just walks away, not confirming that he would get us anything.I don’t know if it was actually all-you-can-eat, when we got our food for paying premium, my brother ordered more, and the waiter takes his menu away from him. Like he was tired of listening to our orders.When we got our water, it was the most lukewarm water I have Ever received in my life. Like he was sitting next to this water source the whole time.When we just decided to kill them with kindness and just say, ‘He’s probably having a long day’. We ate, laughed, and left .As I received the check, my friends pointed out, there was already gratuity on it. For 4 of us. I don’t know if this was normal but it was not for me. Leaving this place, I was ready to sign the receipt and noticed… there was an option to tip more.There is more to tell, but I leave this review saying this. Look for a different bbq place.
Waiter is very rude, had a horrible experience. We all chose *premium* AYCE but it took them forever to prepare the dishes. Didn't let us order more food when we tried to order more food for a second time.
Needs to figure out how to get a liquor license to serve beer.. At least for me not serving beer may be a deal breaker.The food was good. The service was not worth the 20% gratuity they add automatically to the bill. Adding 20% gratuity to the bill is ok when the restaurant takes pride in their top notch service here this is definitely not the case. However, the food was good.
Great food. They gave large portion for each BBQ order. The appetizers were delicious as well which made up for the service. Too bad they don’t have alcohol though.
Food was fine, but a 15% tip was automatically included in the bill for my table of 3 and there was a standard box on the receipt to check off for tips. I ended up tipping twice and didn’t realize until later.
