Three star food, five star robots. Food is very lightly seasoned and not particularly high quality. However the novelty of the remodeled Wendy’s into a food-serving-robot noodle joint is pretty amazing. Very few veggie options - would like to see more vegan and vegetarian options added to the menu.
such a fun experience. we drove 2 hours to come here so when we pulled up, I was a little concerned. the outside of the building was very plain and dated looking. but once we walked in, we were pleasantly pleased. you order your food at the table and then a robot brings your food out. the food was amazing. highly recommend.
What a fun and delicious experience. Went for the robot waitress as a cool experience. We really like ramen and I thought the coconut curry was some of the best I’ve had. Teens enjoyed their miso ramen and it was nice that they could order from the screen and easily check off some of the ingredients they don’t like. Best bubble tea also! Spring rolls and potstickers were also very good. We will go back.
This is my daughter's absolute favorite place to eat when we come to Columbus! The food is always wonderful, the staff are helpful and the robot is so fun.
A friend and I visited after seeing a movie. The robot waiting system worked well. Our drinks, appetizers and ramen were separately delivered but quickly arrived after we placed our orders. Taro Milk Tea was delicious, as were the veggie egg rolls. The Chicken Curry Ramen with mild spice was a bit spicy for me, but ingredients were fresh and well prepared.
I love this place. The food was delicious, the tea was made so well, and there are tons of customization options. We all ordered a different variation of ramen and boba tea and every single one was phenomenal and then it was delivered to us by a robot? Wild. Such a fun experience. The inside of this establishment is so adorable and quaint. We talked about the fact that it looks like the inside of a burger king if you made it super classy. Very pleased with our visit and I honestly cant wait to come back!
I was served lunch by a ROBOT and ate with a lot of wonderful people today at Hiro Ramen & Tea ! While the experience was very cool, I would not recommend going in a large group especially if you are not extremely familiar with the food because it was a bit difficult to tell food belonged to which person as the labels beside the food were not clear on that point.The food itself was very good and I definitely recommend going to this unique restaurant!
I tried this place recently and I’m pretty sure I’m going back. I liked the food, tasty! Bubble tea was really good as well. The dishes were delivered to the table via robot, kinda neat! This place has a good amount of seating, it’s an old Burger King location. so if the small parking lot is full don’t be fooled, go on in.
Tasty ramen and tea place with robot servers. I got the black garlic ramen noodle bowl with chicken and it was very delicious and hot. The broth was a bit too salty, but I only noticed this after drinking the broth that remained after my meal. They have a great set up for ordering ramen to go, with the broth packaged separately. In store, you order on a large touch screen and then a robot brings your food to your table once ready. They promised to open their drive thru window soon.
Nice surprise hidden away in the edge of the plaza. Great authentic food and unique AI servers. That’s right they have robot servers. Really fun experience.
