This is the best Hilton Garden I have stayed in! The staff is very courteous. The hotel is very clean. Everything was operational. Food and service were great. Danielle , Shelly and Randall are all awesome!
Nice place to stay. Easy check in process especially if you get there app. Have breakfast in the lobby each morning. As well as a snack and drink station you can buy stuff at. And a bar. Close to everything you could need and the highway
Only giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the front desk agents are doing the best they can with the hand they’re dealt. Shout out to them. However, I’ve stayed here twice because my employer for some reason prefers to book with this hotel. I can only guess it’s because of their low rates. Both times, I had to wait over three hours to be checked into my room after arriving. Both times, only one ice machine in the entire building worked. Both times, the pool was closed. This time, my mini fridge didn’t work & the hotel’s water was shut off without any warning just an hour before I was supposed to get ready for work. I checked out early and had to scramble last minute to find a place to stay & get ready, which affected my work trip. I definitely don’t recommend this place, especially if you’re on a schedule.
The hotel itself is nice, clean and in a nice, convenient area. However, our stay was extremely disappointing. My daughter and I picked this hotel (and paid a couple hundred dollars more for it) because it advertised the pool as being open, and we wanted a nice room with a Jacuzzi tub. But we got there and the pool was actually closed all 3 days and the in room jacuzzi tub had only one working nozzle, so unless you sat in front of it, it was like sitting in a deep bathtub. We even had to wait 45 minutes from our scheduled check in time for our room to actually be open. Was supposed to get a digital key and not have to have contact with the front desk at all but this didn't happen either. Concerns were ignored, not addressed. Overall extremely disappointed, especially for amount paid. If you're not looking for any particular amenities it is a nice place. Just don't expect too much.
Very well managed property clean comfortable rooms helpful staff. Refrigerator microwave and Craig in room excellent floor space. Nice Courtyard patio area to sit and socialize and socialize right off the bar area no. Well stocked convenience store on site as well as continental and continental and menu breakfast breakfast. Quaker steak and lube right across the street easy walk.Ample size parking lot much to do local in the area.The only downside to this day was that the pool and the hot tub were currently out of order also also the ice maker on the 4th floor which I'm sure they will have these things repaired very soon. I believe they also have an airport shuttle available check with front desk for The Times. As always like and follow for more. Thank you save travels.?
Have stayed here 3 years in a row when traveling to Polaris... every trip to Hilton Garden in Polaris gets better... beautiful updated lobby and room Decor, staff is amazing !!!!... requested extremely early check in and it was not a problem . Received access as soon as I arrived , was not looking to getting it taken car of so quickly. Thank you again Polaris Hilton Garden staff from check in to check out... AMAZING !!!
Several reasons. To start with as soon as we got in the elevator there was a very unpleasant odor. When we arrived at our floor and the door opened the same smell was present, upon entering our room the same very unpleasant odor.Also there wasn't your typical dresser for clothing which we didn't care for and there wasn't a table to work or eat off of.We had a jacuzzi tub which was nice but not very nice looking on the bottom. The bathroom seemed very small also. The lobby are was also very/too cold, couldn't even enjoy our breakfast.The staff was courteous, kind and helpful so we did appreciate that but the overall facility was a big disappointment. We were excited to stay here but for what we paid and how we felt about the actual facility we are disappointed.
Stayed in room 202 with jacuzzi. First the positives ..hotel was very clean staff friendly …now the truths only few of jacuzzis jets actually worked. Toilet ran all night beds was ridiculously uncomfortable very hard. Definitely not worry the HIGH price tag ..
We were there with a basketball ball team of third graders. The pool was not operating. There was one across the highway they could use but only a few at a time could use it. The internet would not work. No toilet paper. Only a couple of towels. Breakfast was almost 11 dollars. It would have been free anywhere else.
We paid $229 for 1 night 1 night to have a room with a Whirlpool. Half of the jets in the whirlpool did not work, the only ice Maker that worked in the entire hotel was on the 1st floor only, the restaurant and bar and pool were all closed and out of order. I was charged for breakfast after I was given a free breakfast voucher (notated in my account) which I provided with by the front desk at check in. At check out, we explained our concerns to the front desk. They went to the manager's office, and I was then told that I would only be charged for a standard room 1 night rate at a $129.00. Instead I was charged $245 and never received any credit. Due to this, I will NEVER stay at ANY Hilton resort again, and I plan to best explain why this is to the entire world as best I can..
