So good the ice cream here is the best i have ever had. I am from tx and i love ice cream this by far is the best i have had and i have had ice cream from all over the world.

Went to get a milk shake at around 9pm, the young lady working the register told me they were not able to make a milk shake because they were shutting down. The issue is they closed at 9:30pm, that is bad customer service.

6/5/21...My fiance & I wanted a sweet treat before leaving the mall & heading back to our hotel room. Graeter's sounded delish to both of us, so, I got my usual brownie sundae & he got a milk shake. Our treats were perfect! Also, the male cashier that rang us up & the ladies that made our ice cream were very nice.
I'm so disappointed. I live out of town and look forward to Graeters when I'm visiting. I spent $5 for a scoop of chocolate chip in a cup and it was icey and gritty. I've never had a bad experience at Graeters. This was the worst ice cream I've ever had. Will not come back to this location.
I like it here, excellent food & service. Service treated us so kindly. Prices are fair I would say.
Got there near six, it wasn't packed at all. The bill was reasonable. Feels similar to a restaurant in New York I loved.
Got there about one, it wasn't busy. I had a cousin come into town and she asked me to go back here. Prices were fair. This place has many great reviews for a reason.
