UPDATE: Changing this to five stars! Been back a few times since I posted this review and I've gotten a correctly made malt each time! Thank you so much for talking with the team! Appreciate it!My kids and I love it! I just deducted one star because half the time I order a vanilla malt they don't add the malt powder and make me a simple vanilla shake. The kids who work here are so sweet, but I think they don't know the difference between a malt and a shake. I humbly ask that management teach them how to make a malt! Please and thank you!
If you have a love for ice cream this is the place to go. You may have to stand in line for a while but they are fast they are efficient and I mean the ice cream is out of this world haven't had ice cream like this in years. So many different flavors I'd like to try every one of them. A little bit high in price but well worth it. I would recommend this place as I would Stone Cold creamery. They even have a play area for the kids. Very family friendly. Both of us who went there were disabled veterans and they had handicap parking ramps and everything very Ada friendly.
Good ice cream and great place for the kids to play on rainy days! The area is always clean and they always have someone from their crew in their walking around and cleaning surfaces!
Service was fast and friendly. The play area was terrific. I wish more Graeter's had these. All three of my kids had a blast, even the older two.
We had my grandsons 1st birthday party there. We rented a room for a reasonable rate for an hour and a half. The kids had a blast right along with the adults. What a fun time.Clean place and friendly helpful staff..
The ice cream was phenomenal, but the guest service was astoundingly horrible. My wife and I waited for 10 minutes inside to have our order taken, all the while not being greeted or acknowledged at all. Some workers were on their phones, I honestly don’t know what most were doing. And then after sitting down, (mind you we had arrived at 9:30 p.m.) one of the workers came up to us and said “Just to let you guys know, we’re about to close so yeah.” She rolled her eyes and stomped off. It honestly made the whole experience terrible. Graeter’s guest service used to be amazing and it felt like coming home after a long days work, now it feels like you’re inconveniencing the workers when you ask them to scoop ice cream like it isn’t their job?
My favorite ice cream. I raised my kids going there and it was both of their first job. John, the manager is a great first boss. We go once a week. I get a special concoction - a medium chocolate shake in a large cup with a scoop of toffee chip on top. I eat it with a spoon. Delish.
The brown butter bourbon pecan was excellent. My only complaint was the fact that they had not one, but two insanely loud birthday parties going on while we were there. So not only could we not hear each other speak at our table in the dining area (not the party room), but parking was non existent. It seems the children drove themselves and the parents drove separately
Yes, this place is a problem… not only is this some of the creamiest ice cream ever, but to top it off, they have a drive through !!!!… I give up…
This is Graeter's flagship store in Columbus and rightly so. A great indoor playground, a drive-thru and of course - their amazing Ice Cream and treats.Order your favorite or try something new, you just can't go wrong at Greater's.
