Hi! I just wanted to leave a positive review for my experience ordering delivery from this store. I had 2 wrong pints in my order, and I called to see what could be done about it. The manager at the time (which I can’t remember her name, maybe it was Amy?) was great. She told me the easiest way was to contact Doordash and do a redelivery. The process was easy enough and I got the correct items redelivery. She even write a note on an extra pint that apologized for the inconvenience. People make mistakes, it’s human nature and no one can be perfect 100% of the time, but I strongly believe that how mistakes are fixed is what really matters, and this manager really showed great customer service when it came to fixing this mistake. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you! I feel like the ice cream speaks for itself, so I don’t need to convince anyone how good it is.
I really like Graeter's overall but this location sucks. They helped the other 3 in my party and literally ignored me.I never got asked if I wanted to taste anything, order anything, or was even greeted. They served the rest of my party and then started helping the people behind me.Traffic flowed around me as I waited at the middle of the counter. After they helped 7 people behind me while ignoring me I had to ask for a refund.My wife had already paid for the ice cream I never received and it wasn't till I asked for a refund that they asked what I wanted. By then the rest of group was almost done eating and I really just wanted the refund
As usual Graeter's quality really good. You cannot wrong with this place. I love trying their new flavors. Recently raspberry chip ice cream is my favorite
The brownie sundae was delish and my son enjoyed his cone!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Product is exactly what you'd expect from Graeter's. This location appears to be very popular with a high-school and undergrad crowd and was very busy when we visited.
First off their ice cream is my favorite locally! The service is amazing and I come here with friends on a regular basis during the summer and we all love it.
