I just got the orange cauliflower bowl with brown rice and oh my god was it amazing! The rice was made to perfection, as well as the cauliflower- I completely forgot I was eating a vegetable.
Idk what these other reviews are... this food is so good. I used Uber eats and now I’m eating it and it’s delicious. Super flavorful and healthy. I’m sad they’re getting a bad rep. Great from my experience!
I've only ordered food from here from various delivery apps, and at first I thought it was very filling and tasty. That's why I'm giving two stars instead of one. Now, this is tasty, but I didn't order this. The bag has my name on it and the receipt showing what I ordered, but the only things in the bowl that match are the egg and... maybe the broccoli? Can't remember if I ordered broccoli. I don't have the receipt directly in front of me. The point is, I got someone else's order and this is totally unacceptable. I threw out the lemon and avocado on this -- I hate those ingredients, and I definitely hadn't wanted rice or tofu, but here we are. I'm disgusted and disappointed and I won't be ordering from here in the future due to this absolutely inexcusable error.To answer the question before you ask: yes, I have already requested and received a refund through UberEats and I issued a complaint to then as well for both this establishment as well as the UberEats courrier. But I'm leaving a review to hopefully warn others of the lack of care these employees show at this establishment. I'm very disappointed because due to having Celiac Disease I was so happy to find another all gluten free restaurant.If I see this place improves in the future, I may give it another shot, but it's unlikely.
I was very excited to find a healthy Asian food place on the food apps, but I’ve had nothing but a horrible experience. Tried to order twice and had to cancel my order the first time and they canceled on me suddenly the next. After attempting some internet research and a very rough time with a third-party customer service situation I truly feel that this place is a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
This place could be so great if they actually cared about the quality and accuracy of their food. The impossible beef is consistently burned, the rice is crunchy, the food is usually cold and soggy and they rarely get your order right. If you care about quality and accuracy AVOID THIS PLACE.
Yum delicious!! Great food! So glad to have another healthy option! My bowl was hot, fresh and very flavorful. I’ll definitely be back!
The food is terrible. Please do not order from this place. The food arrived soggy and cold and looks nothing like the photos on their menu. I'm writing this review so that others do not fall victim to this place.
Ordered from here through Postmates. The food was great and arrived quick and hot!. I ordered the sesame chicken bowl with brown rice as my base. The lemon wedge that comes with just adds that little spark of citrus. It's also very reasonably priced. I especially appreciate that all of their ingredients are gluten free! I found out recently that I have a gluten allergy and it's been difficult trying to eat out. Side note for my gluten free peeps: Lucky Dragon in Clintonville ( same plaza as Lucky's Market) has a gluten free employee so they have tamari and can make almost any dish gluten free. I will definitely be ordering from here again and probably frequently. Thank you and I appreciate the thoughtfulness that you put into your food. The only suggestion I have is to change the pictures you have posted here. Post some pictures of the food! And show the storefront as well. ✌️
