They never answer their phone, boicebox full, left a message never got a call back. Placed an order inline but i wouldlike to confirm. I already paid but dont even know if they get the order in the local store.

All of the cupcakes were delicious! The staff was very friendly and helped answer any questions that I had. I went in wanting to only get just a few cupcakes, and ended up getting more than I intended. Great customer service!

They refuse service over masks… but no worries Try Smallcake bakery in Gahanna they will take your business. Or Kroger bakery, Gigi’s is overpriced for mediocre cupcakes.And fyi a mandate isn’t a LAW. Most businesses say “they are recommended but not required” just put up a sign that says “we are terrified, please but a cloth over your face to make us feel like we did our part” ???
cupcakes are always delicious!!! The hardest part is deciding what flavor (spoiler alert: we've not had a bad one!). staff has always been wonderful too. highly recommend
I like my cupcakes to be sweet and covered in lots of frosting. That’s exactly what I got in my Cookie Butter cupcake from Gigi’s. If you don’t have a sweet tooth, these desserts are probably not for you, but if you do, I highly recommend trying one!
I'm going to miss this place. I really hope they come back. Maybe in a different location.
We love your cupcakes! We also love that you are doing your part to promote safe store practices during a pandemic. Your employee didn't cave to the Karen! Private businesses do not owe any service to people and aren't breaking federal law to deny service to people who aren't following the guidelines put in place by the business. We love Gigi's cupcakes and often purchase them for special family occasions. I think I love them even more now (in light of recent events) for standing up and doing the right thing (requiring masks) during a global pandemic.We can all argue over the efficacy of masks - but isn't it better to air on the side of caution and - oh I don't know - care about your fellow man rather that be an elitist jerk? Is wearing a small cloth over your nose and mouth so terrible. Keep up the great work Gigi's!
