Awesome! Staff is very friendly! No wait just now for moderna shots. Refills always ready on time if not early. One stop and all done! Highly recommend! Been with them for 2 years pharmacy. :-)
Huge store that's clean and well stocked, but Giant Eagle's cakes are really the single reason why I go to this store anymore. Otherwise, it seems to be very overpriced compared to most other grocery stores.
Love giant eagle little hi prices but it is worth it
It's a bit dark & dank inside with concrete floors, but it's standards are exactly what you'd expect from the Giant Eagle grocery store chain.Nothing compromised. Same excellent service, excellent selection of produce, they carry the same products.I recently moved and this store is closer to my home. At first it's not as inviting but once I finally took the time to go in and wander around, I almost prefer this store over the Marketplace @ Kingsdale, less hype. Just grocery shopping.I've ordered online from this store several times bc you can't even get a time slot at the GE @Kingsdale. My orders have all been perfect and the pick up people are super courteous and there to be helpful.
I always have been happy with Giant Eagle customer service and staff. However, the pharmacy on Sawmill Rd location is a different story. On Saturday, June 5, I called early in morning to request my prescription that one of the pharmacists answered the phone. She said the mediation is available and it would be ready by 2 pm. I asked her it would be great if it can be ready earlier even I can wait for two hours but I don’t think I can leave the house in the afternoon. She told me “sure, I’ll make sure it would be ready”. I waited till 12 noon and at some point I knew she just lied and I didn’t think she actually wanted to help me ,so I went back home. I had text from Giant Eagle pharmacy @ 2:45pm. If I did not need my medication I would not go back that day so I asked my daughter to come with me incase if I don’t feel good, so she can help me. This pharmacist does not even know half of my medical condition. For someone like me that has extreme case of Fibromyalgia, Poly Arthralgia, and two different types of autoimmune diseases and every step and body movement is very painful, I guess I had a good reason when I told her that I cannot leave the house later in the afternoon. And yet, this person that suppose to help a patient, purposely made me wait for my medication. This is not the first time that this pharmacist has been disrespected me and after how she treated me that day, now I know for sure that she does has problem with people whom have different back ground. She should be ashamed of herself to treat a patient like that.
Their bakery and baked goods are always fresh and tasty. The prices are always reasonable for everything else. Also love that they have a state liquor store. Great one stop shop all around
I have been using their curbside pickup throughout most of the Pandemic and the service has been excellent! So good, in fact, I may not go back inside when it's over, if they continue the curbside service.
I definitely enjoy Giant Eagle more than Kroger. This is the older layout but still a fantastic store.
I have had good experiences at Giant Eagle. Once, a misunderstanding arose but now it has been cleared. The staff and managers are always nice. I truly appreciate the customer service, as they have helped me many times. Overall, I enjoy shopping at this location!
I was in yesterday and purchased a greeting card. I approached the Customer Service Desk and asked Toni what time the mail was to be picked up. When she mentioned where the closest post office was located, I informed her that I was walking. She kindly offered to personally drop it off earlier. Having over 25 years in the customer service field, this is how you "exceed expectations" of the customer. Please commend Toni and let her know how grateful I am to her dedication to her job.
