I'm not coming back for a long time. The sushi has always been too large to comfortably fit in my mouth, but there aren't many options for sushi on my side of town so I've toughed it out over the years. But lately the quality is going downhill. Last time, there was hardly any salmon in my sushi, a disgusting amount of sauce, and the roll was falling apart.
Our first-time order for delivery last night was exceptional. The food was packaged beautifully and presented as if it came from a magazine photo. The sushi was very good! Our delivery driver (Ahmed) was prompt, on time and very, very friendly. We will return!
Ordered two custom rolls. Love the ability to choose what you want in your roll. Lots of great options. Definitely will visit again.
Been here twice now. Delicious tofu crunchies on salad with peanut sauce. They got me to love sushi again too. Sorry, no pics. Gobbled it up too fast.
So good. The miso soup is some of the best we’ve had and the rolls are delicious.
I LOVE fusian. I eat it all the time... but I can't go back to the Easton location anymore. The customer service is great but this is the SECOND time within a couple weeks where my food REEKED like mold when I got it home and started eating... I'm guessing its the rice because the smell got really strong when I started mixing the rice in my bowl. I honestly don't know though... and when I say it smelled like mold, it WASNT subtle... I have no idea how the people in the store can't smell it. Absolutely disgusting...
Very disappointing; this was my first experience with Fusion and I doubt I will give them another chance. I ordered for delivery and the food never arrived. I had to call the restaurant twice. The first time I called, they said the food hadn't been picked up and told me to call back in 10 min. When I called back, the driver still had not arrived, so I requested a refund. The alternatives were 1) pick up the order myself (drive to Easton to get food that had been sitting there getting cold) 2) they could cancel the order, resubmit it, and hope to get a driver (thus, I would wait another hour and likely still not get my dinner). They did apologize and told me they're having problems with drivers. I can certainly understand that, but if they know it's an issue, they shouldn't be offering delivery.*Edit 10.21.21 Fusion did reach out with a credit to make up with the situation, but I tried a delivery order again today (using the credit for the food portion) and had the same thing happen - or I'm assuming so. I am not bothering to call the restaurant this time, but my food never arrived. I'll just write off the 99 cent deliver fee, which was charged to my account, as a lesson learned.** Edit #2 10.21.21 The food arrived approximately 90 minutes after the requested delivery time. It was cold and clearly had been sitting for quite some time, but it did arrive. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend Fusion delivery. I can't speak to in-restaurant food and service quality.
DISAPPOINTED!!! Payed basically a dollar for each piece of sushi and they were the size of a dime. They were way too small and did not taste that good. Will definitely not go back.

I hate to say it, but this place has really gone down hill. It used to be one of our favorites. But the last two times we ate there the food was horrible. We couldn’t even finish our meals yesterday. I hope the managers fix the problem.
