Delicious! You get quite a bit of food. They’re very friendly in there as well. Good food and good vibes.
We tried a few things such as: gumbo, clam chowder, a fried whole red snapper, and fried calamari rings. The gumbo was pretty thick and wasn't quite as I had imagined but it was good. The chowder was very rich, flavorful, but also thicker than what I imagine... the whole red snapper was fresh and tremendous!! The vegetables and rice accompied this fish perfectly!! The calamari rings were tender and bouncy. Kim took VERY GOOD care of us. We would come back again for sure!
My family and I were originally going to go to Cracker Barrel around the corner from Frank's. As we were going to Cracker Barrel, we saw Frank's. We left Cracker Barrel to go to Frank's and we were NOT disappointed. I called before we left Cracker Barrel to ensure Frank's was open and that they still were serving. Kim was amazing on the phone when answering my question and their customer service was just as accommodating and pleasant in person. The food was great and we are always going to visit when traveling to Columbus. In fact, we intend on stopping again right now as I type this message to get more fish, more than likely it will be an entire Red Snapper. Thanks for a wonderful experience and superb food. Frank's is a gem!!!!
A true Columbus treasure! If you are a seafood lover,you must visit. The staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable. And the homemade crab salad is some of the best I've ever had.
I ordered in GrubHub, which would have been a disaster but the lady, Kim, went out of her way to make sure I received my order. The food arrives and let me tell you how delicious EVERY SINGLE THING. The shrimp were big and delicious, the breading was amazing. The cod sandwich was unbelievably good right down to the tarter sauce. I would recommend this place and their service over and over again.
Have made several trips and food is great. The service and friendliness are even better.Favorite sandwich is The Buckeye, a walleye with all the fixings. The fries and plantains are also great.I always forget to take a picture because I can't wait to eat food. Maybe I'll remember next time!
They have the best fish cooked while you wait you can even buy fish while you're there to take home. The owners are very personable and friendly, it's worth your money is not expensive and it's very delicious

The BEST walleye sandwich and great clam chowder. Both a dine in & carryout restaurant and a fresh Seafood & fish market. The people are so friendly too. I really love this place and whole-heartedly recommend it. Columbus is blessed to have this place.
Just had my Friday lent dinner from Franks Fish. I had the Cod platter, it was fresh, flaky and moist and very tasty. I wish that it was more than 1 large piece of Cod but you can order extra pieces. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all good.
