We were a little Leary about stopping here seeing the recent negative reviews, but boy were we glad we visited. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent! Food was delicious and ginormous, we took a lot home with us. Overall, wonderful experience
Tasty food great service and atmosphere
It was my first time eating at Flip Side last night. Let's keep this short and sweet. Quite possibly the best burger ever. I don't like to say the best for sure. But as far back as my food memory goes, no doubt the best burger I have had, and I love my burgers. Cooked perfectly medium as requested. The meat was like butter, not the tiniest imperfection, no gristle, no hard pieces, every bite melt in your mouth. barely needed to chew it. Seasoned perfectly. It was sooooooo good and juicy. There were four of us and we all said the same thing. I was very impressed. The sweet potato fries were also the best I have had. Perfect crisp on the outside without any burnt pieces. Just perfect. The regular fries were great also. Onion rings?....Money! We also wanted to try the homemade chips but they were out of them. Bummer, I'm sure they would have been awesome too! This is also the best deal economically that you will find, flat out. It costs no more than Five Guys. Amazing value for such top notch food!! Thank you for a happy belly Flip Side!
I give it a two star because I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the service but can't give it any higher because I just didnt enjoy the hamburger or the fries (tried two kinds of their fries, awful seasoning) and the Mac and cheese for my boy tasted nasty, even the couple at the table next to us sent there's back because their kid didn't like it either. Glad I went because now I don't have to be curious but definitely will never go back again.
One of my favorite burger places. If you're a fry lover like me go ahead and get a full for yourself. The shakes are very good!! The wait is a bit long because of covid but I promise the food will be good.
Every time I come here I think I've built it up too much in my mind, and every time I'm reminded why I go here whenever I'm in Columbus. Fantastic burgers and even better sweet potato fries.The service is always excellent, and the bar mixes fantastic drinks.Just go... You won't regret it.
Pretty disappointed in the burgers here. Greasy, hastily put together, the cheese wasn't even melted on the burgers, so it was not served hot by any means. Sweet potato fries were also greasy. I expected something different for sure with it being in Easton. First and last time at Flip Side.
This place was just ok, in my opinion. As a group of 5, with everyone trying a different burger, the consensus was the same - just ok. I ordered The Chili Pepper Burger and Hand Cut Fries with Truffle Oil and Grana Pandana (I believe they mean Grana Padano?). Burger looked great, but the did not pop with flavor as I would expect grass fed beef to have; moreover, the sesame seed bun was not toasted per the fine print highlights (not a big deal, but little things compound). Two folks at the table ordered well done, but everyone's burgers looked medium inside. The Smoked Chili ketchup was actually awesome, huge fan of that. I was super disappointed with the fries as I did not taste the truffle oil and the full order seemed skimpy for the price - the crispy texture and overall flavor profile of the fries were decent though. Service was pretty good, our waiter was pretty on-point and helpful. To be honest, I would probably not come back, I have never been let down by the Red Robin around the block.

We were first timers- would go back tomorrow! Had burger/brisket/reg fries/onion rings and Buckeye shake!! OMG everything was delicious! Amazing flavors and cooked just right!!
