Best Indian food I’ve had in Columbus!

The food here was so good! I've been wanting to try Indian food but never got the chance so I was really excited to see they had one at the North Market. The lady who served me was so sweet, she treated me like family. I highly recommend! I'm a vegetarian and they had tons of options plus it's very good priced.

Went with 2 meat 2 veggie combo with $17. It was the same amount of food as the 1 meat 1 veggie. Asked about this and was told I got 2 meat and 2 veggies. Person next in line switched their order to 1 meat 1 veggie. $9-10. Same amount of food. And like others have said, asked for utensils and napkins since we were eating it outside on tables and they were reluctant to include them. I know restaurants are having a hard time... but I won't be returning to this one.

Was quite disappointed, ordered a lamb curry meal with rice and naan. The naan seemed like some off-the shelf store bought naan (think Stonefire brand) and was also undercooked. The curry seemed very watered down and had very little actual meat on it. For what I paid, the portions and quality were highly lacking. If you want good quality Indian food in Columbus, Aab is definitely your best choice.

We used to love it here, but for about the past year it has been noticeably different. The food is watered down heavily and we get way less rice. Also, one time we ordered garlic naan and they literally gave us naan with garlic powder on it. There were no pieces of real garlic like at other Indian Restaurants. It’s been disappointing lately.

Was strongly debating whether to give this place a 4 or 5 star. The food is simply incredible!! We had the Vegan Aloo Matar, Vegan Chana Masala and Vegan Lentils.I find very often that Indian restaurants in the USA are worried to use too much spice as is done in India. This place used the perfect amount of heat. Which I love! When you consider this is essentially buffet food, the rating is even higher to have such high quality food. The one issue, I wish they would improve is the to go packaging. It was leaking over the whole bag and was quite the mess. I wish they would consider doing the wrapping in more sturdy containers. All in all, I would return for sure.

Love the food, but the portions are terrible. Others I've seen them pile on the protein, but for me, they skim the sauce from the top of the pan, to make it seem like you're actually getting your money's worth.

Nice , Tasty food

This was my first time here, and it was top notch! I have been coming to north market since I was a kid, and I would rate this gem as one of my new favorite spots. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but the guy who waited on me at the counter was friendly, very helpful in helping me pick out what I wanted to try. He nailed it, the curry chicken was delicious, the chickpeas were amazing, and the garlic naan bread took this meal to the next level. If you have never had Indian food, or are looking for a new spot to try, give Flavors of India a shot, 5 stars all around! Keep up the great work!!
