This location discriminates against pregnant employees. They threatened to fire my girlfriend for not wearing "proper" pregnancy pants, what passes for management deemed it inappropriate despite my girlfriend having a doctors note stating the pants she wore were fine and healthier for her to wear.They werent accomodating in any way and the trainer fired her on the spot she had no authority to do so and tried to cover her tracks by claiming a no call no show the next dayWhat she did was wrong and my girlfriend was wrongfully terminated
Can’t go wrong with Five Guys. Excellent service, excellent food. Never had any bad food from them. Their burgers and shakes are excellent.Price is iffy, but i think it’s worth it because they don’t freeze their meat. Also, they are CONSISTENT at making mouth watering burgers.10/10, chad burger chain

I have lived in many states due to my husband's line of work, and if there is a 5 guys, we always go. We were just passing through Polaris Ohio and stopped at the 5 guys there, and had a fabulous time. Great food, wonderful staff, music was playing, the staff and customers were singing together. Great experience. Will definitely stop again

As always the food is good at these restaurants but it never fails no matter where I'm at, the restaurant is always extremely cold inside. At the Polaris location I had to sit and eat with my jacket on.
I went to the Five Guys on Hamilton Rd. And got 3 little cheeseburgers, 1 cheeseburger and 3 plain patties my bill was $79 and I will post a picture of one of the burgers I didn’t think to take a picture until I was getting ready to feed them to my dogs. This is ridiculous. Definitely my last trip to a five guys. I could have went and sat down at a restaurant for that kind of money.
If you've been to a Five Guys and you already know what you're getting into. If not, Five Guys burgers are probably one of the best out there. The burgers are made to order, as are the fries, so don't expect it to be ready immediately. Average wait time is about 8 minutes if it's not busy but can be longer if so. A regular size fry will usually give two people an ample amount. The toppings were fresh and wonderful is always. Only gripe with the whole process is it can be a little expensive - $35 for two regular cheeseburgers, regular fries, and two regular drinks. If you have that money to spend and are able to wait a few minutes this is a place for you.
Food was great!! Staff were amazing! The supervisor of the shift was very encouraging to his staff and jumped in and helped when needed when an issues arises he stepped in calm and fixed it!
$20 for two plain hot dogs with a slice of cheese each with a lrg coke. For $20 stop by my house I'll give you 4 plain Hot dogs with a slice of cheese each and a 2liter. 1 guy twice the food. Thanks for the experience 5guys but this 1guy won't be back for your overpriced mediocre food
