pink hair lady is not a good manager.. from standing can see how aggressively she is slowing down the kitchen… she is very bossy and does not talk to her co workers with much respect. if your seeing this, its not to shame you, simply to tell you that the job isnt for you.

The staff was not very friendly we were just stared at. When I stated that this was our first visit the girl just looked at us. No suggestions on anything just looked at me. Sixty bucks we ended up with 3 greasy soggy hamburgers that couldn't be ate. The fries were good but not for almost 8 for a large. Needless to say we were disappointed and will never go back.
Not sure if this could get any better. Prices are high but tons of fries. Amazing taste and customer service. Store is clean.
I think it is really bad business to have your employees forcing your loyal customers to wear a mask when I have a breathing condition with documents and refusing to serve them. I will never go there again.
For the money we pay now for absolutely deplorable service, not the way you pay for it to be, unacceptable. Spend your money elsewhere. This establishment is NOT worth the visit.
Not worth the drama at this location. This employee decided to make a comment to another employee about stabbing us for not having a mask on (while she yells at us with her mask off)She screamed and yelled and disrespected our whole group while we were waiting on our food. Then another employee comes back up front to scream and yell at us as well and slammed the door. Never again going back to this location even if it was the last place to eat. Worst experience at any “restaurant”!Beware before entering, she might bite your head off too!ZERO STARS!

You ever just love a place so much cause you know they're gonna just flood your bag with fries...yeeeeaa that's what Five Guys is.
