Prices are not what they were in 2009 when I was introduced to this great chain in Orlando. :) Obviously they will increase over time but that rate has shot up to where only the wealthy can go more than twice a year. $14 for the smallest burger and fry is what you unfortunately see at Disney or Cedar Fair parks. And honestly that is their consistent drawback as many reviewers point out. But it is hard to beat - simple fare done perfectly and fast food doesn’t stack up. Staff is always great too. Peanuts for days and Coke Freestyle machines too. Glad to have these in Ohio, but would love those 2009 prices back.
I came in and ordered 3 hamburgers and a one fries to go. The cost was almost $50.00. I sat down and 10 minutes goes bye, then 15 minutes. Then my number is called and I am told they only made 2 hamburgers and did I really want the third one. I said I sure did. What was I to tell my friend at home that the place was only able to make 2 of the 3 hamburgers. I sat back down and waited another 20 minutes for them to make one hamburger. I will never go again. This is a prime example that no one really cares about their job anymore or whether they give good service or not.
Best burgers in town! They might be expensive but it is well worth your money, and their fries are tasty too.

Five Guys is always delicious. The burgers are juicy and I can get them anyway I want. A veritable cornucopia of toppings at my disposal. If it wasn't such a poor value, this would be a 5-star review all day. My five yr old son and I ate there for lunch. A 2 patty cheeseburger for me, a 1 patty bacon cheeseburger for him, the smallest order of fries to share, 1 small fountain drink and a bottle of water... all for $31. A similar meal at Wendy's is approx $12. Don't get me wrong, it's good food is but I'm going to think twice before considering another visit anytime soon. Oh and by the way, they sell milkshakes but don't offer milk for kids.
My son took me here for lunch Sunday. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate shake. He ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a chocolate shake. Just over $35!!?? W.T.F?? DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!! If that kind of money is being spent I want to have my shake served with my meal and not be an after thought and eat half my meal before they make it because nobody paid attention. Won't be going back....

So I ordered from the Five GuysAnd when I got my food, a veggie melt and vanilla mikshake. When i was drinking my milk shake something got into my mouth . i spit it out inti a napkin and when i looked at it i realized what it was, a scab with mucus atttached to it. I did the reasonable thing andcalled the store, the manager i called and Ivy answered and gave me a nogus email to contact. I quickly realized it was wrong. So I called back and Luis answers. He is adamant about not telling the GM simply because "it wouldn't be a pretty picture" to wake them up. I was very pushy about it but he kept denying that he could call her. Instead of hanging up he stayed on the line and started being extremely rude. I could hear them talking about me, calling me rude and annoying for calling back. So if alled back again to get a straight answer only for Luis to say "we're busy ma'am" and hung up.
It seems like their prices go up every time we visit - thus three stars. I'm unsure how long a place can stay in business selling 10 dollar burgers and 6 dollar hot dogs.
