Great place that always serves great food! Fifth time coming for a Sunday brunch and still mind-blown by how good their food is. Wait time was quick and staff was wonderful and nice. Ordered a BLT Eggs Benedict and a Traditional Breakfast.- Traditional Breakfast: very great portion, not too much it stuffs you, and not too little it makes you unsatisfied when you finish the last bite. Eggs are perfectly runny and jammy, potatoes are perfectly seasoned, bacon crispy, and bread soft and pillowy.- BLT Benedict Eggs: Swapped out bacon for ham, it was so good. Sauce was lemony and rich, side salad was also perfectly tossed with a light lemon dressing that balanced out the buttery, heavy egg and bread combination. We also ordered a jug of coffee, which worked wonders in helping us kick start our lazy, relaxed Sunday morning.I highly recommend this place! Great place to come with friends and bond over a great breakfast, brunch, or lunch!
Food is good don’t get me wrong. Had a interview set up on a Monday. Interview was at 7am, didn’t start until 7:15. The manager who interview me wasn’t even the store manager of the store I was at, told me she liked me and to come back on Wednesday for a second interview with the actual store manager. I arrive on Wednesday at 7am and I get told that the manger is very busy and will get with me when she can. Then a server proceeds to tell me they aren’t really hiring at all. So I shouldn’t even waste my time waiting. I appreciate the honesty but such a waste of my time and gas. Especially as a mother of one. My time and gas is not something I have to waste. Very unprofessional management.
First Watch is a very busy spot, but during the right time a great brunch spot. Although peak hours slow down service, staff was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I 100% recommend trying their cold brew, as I liked it a little more over their regular iced coffee. The Million Dollar Bacon is a MUST get, delicious syrup and great bacon. I got the turkey sausage with gravy and eggs, overall good, except I thought the eggs were a little underwhelming. Overall I highly recommend to anybody in the area and enjoyed my experience there. ( Brunch waits get really long, go early as possible)
I always enjoy getting brunch here with friends or for a daytime date. Great environment with friendly staff. Delicious food including vegetarian and other specific diet-based options.
I went to this First Watch today with a group of friends. Our waitress was nice and attentive and the food was good (although it came with a longer than usual wait time due to the "kitchen being backed up," but we overlooked it). When it came time to pay, that was a different story:We were finished just around 12:30p and went to the register to pay. As we paid one-by-one, one of my friends was striking up a conversation with the guy at the register (didn't get his name, but he has brown, mop-shaped hair). This guy proceeded to ask very xenophobic questions to my friend and she quickly closed the conversation. This was the first time she had ever experienced something like this publicly and it left her feeling sad and confused. This was becoming a regular spot for my friend group, but knowing that there are employees who feel like patrons need to explain their reason for being in this country (especially on a campus with international students, no less), we are more than happy to take our business elsewhere. It's almost pitiful to see someone who thought it was appropriate to ask such questions.
The restaurant's vibe was good, but that's where it ended. Thin, mealy, crunchy pancakes, chicken sausage that had some weird curry-type flavor and over cooked eggs. I don't want to be one of those super-picky people, but First Watch's prices are on the high side and I expect more if I'm paying more.
Stopped for brunch. This one is near campus so parking is a challenge. OTT, coffee was hot, foot was as ordered. Our server even offered to replace the eggs as she thought they were a little overdone bit all was well...!
Disappointed in their eggs benedict. The eggs were over poached and the hollandaise sauce was nothing but lemon flavor. Coffee was just okay. Breakfast potatoes were the best part of the meal.
Very great food and amazing service!
Checked in at 12:50 for a table and was told it was a 20 minute wait. Never received a text message from the establishment, never got my name called. Sat everyone else around my family. My wife and kids were hungry so I purchased to go food at 1:45 over the phone. Was told it was a 25 minute wait on order. I am still in the store waiting for some type of service and it's 2:40.Updated: increased rating from 1 to 3 stars for the fact that the manager Charles was extremely kind and payed for my meal after informing me a server had forgotten to ring my order in. He apologized deeply and I would return solely for the fact that he corrected the problem.
