Food portions are far too small for the prices they charge. The food came out staggered everybody didn’t get their food all at once and it was cold.
We came in tonight for the first time and Mykala was our server- she was amazing. She explained tapas to us, how it worked, and we could stop when we were full. We had the cheese tray to begin, the brie was amazing, with a little heat. Next we had carnitas tostados, followed by chorizo mussels and baba ghanoush. We thought we would have room for many more plates, but we were stuffed! Great food, great service, can't wait to come back! Thanks Mykala!
Our waitress was very friendly and the food was very good. Be very careful parking. we parked a block behind the restaurant thinking we were in the park mobile lot and paying appropriately, but we were not. Our car got towed, as did someone else that left the restaurant when we did. They thought they were safe as the lit said permit parking for Fireproof. Pay close attention.
The food was better than average; the service/style of service was horrible. We went at 6:30 on a Sunday, restaurant 1/3-1/2 full at most. Approached by one server who gave us water and took our drink order. Asked questions about menu/specials and told it was served "TAPAS" style. Since there were clearly main courses on the menu-$30 + filet etc, we asked if we could order as a "normal" meal. He said yes. Second gentleman came later to take our order. We asked about our drinks. Finally he got the first dude to get our drinks. Almost instantly our potato and vegetable sides appeared. WHAT?? We asked about our steak?? Said they were coming right out. We were FINISHED with our sides before the steaks came out. Very good steaks but had chimichurri sauce instead of cherry.. server 1 said 'oh well thats a better sauce'...'You ate it didn't you?'...In the mean time I had ordered a second glass of wine they only serve "6" ounce not 9 ounce . I had to ask THREE TIMES for the second glass, I was almost completely finished with my meal!! THEN the salad came out. Are you kidding me? When I asked WHY the crazy presentation of food I was told 'we have two kitchens; it comes out when it comes out'. I won't be going back. Both servers were pleasant and smiling but totally ineffective. Management should be aware of what is happening
Went there for my birthday because I heard it was a good spot for celebrations. I had a horrible time. The waitress had horrible communication. I had ordered the blood orange margarita and she gave me the butterfly tea. I also ordered the elote appetizer and it had no flavor, it was disappointing. I ordered the blood orange margarita again and she finally brought it out 15 minutes later. The drink has a flame and the waitress is suppose to flip it over so that it can look coo

My food was just ok, others at my table wasn’t pleased with their meals either. Some meals lacked seasoning . I don’t see myself returning!

On our first visit the staff was excellent and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was above average at the first visit. We visited again and our server was awful. It was so bad that it compelled me to write my first review for a restaurant. We are not a difficult group (i.e. have never sent a meal back, tip well, etc.) and the waitress was beyond rude. Unfortunately, we crossed this restaurant off our list of restaurants we will visit in the future. Will never go back.
