Spicy Cajun chicken is just perfect, balance of spice and Cajun seasoning. Haven't been to a fire house in awhile will have to go again. Also prices are reasonable for food size. Don't get a large unless you're real hungry
Pulled a piece of plastic out of my Mac and cheese today. I called the store to let them know I found plastic in my mac and cheese that was for my daughter. I spoke to a manager named Paul who honestly didn't care at all and acted like I was bothering him.
We love coming here, the subs are always perfectly made and super fresh. The atmosphere is sparkling and the staff is so nice. Special shout out to Paul who made our day with his joyful personality.
Always have a good experience at firehouse on sawmill. You get greeted at the door each time with a friendly smile ? these guys and gals always serve up a hot fresh sub even if it's a little wait it's more than worth it to eat here. Place is always clean and plenty of options keep the place fresh for many meals in a row. I love eating here, the chili fantastic, the macaroni and cheese is rich and creamy. Plus millions of drink options! Its the kind of place you will keep coming back to
Food was good but the employees were staring at me while I’m eating didn’t feel comfortable at all?
Their subs are incredible. I used to love eating here. Every time I go to get a sub here it’s a 25-30 minute wait They make all the online orders and door dash orders before they make the orders of people who are standing directly in front of them. Its happens every time I go. I pay and sit there and watch 15-20 subs get made before they ever start on mine.I understand all orders have to be made but when someone is roving to some get a sub and someone is standing directly in front of you waiting for their sub I would think the customer in store would get priority. Or split your staff. Half does online ordering and half does in store. It’s no longer worth my time to waste 45-50 minutes of my 1 hour lunch trying to get a sandwich.

This store is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and efficient. They have a good choice of sandwiches and sides . All sandwiches are made to order so there is a short wait for your food. There is both take out and dine in . The staff cleans all tables between customers
Came in here before I went Christmas shopping with my husband was very busy but so happy we went was really good ended up getting one sandwich and splitting, love the decor inside and that they have more than one entrance into the place, the cup sizes for the drink are huge on top of that they have the fancy coca cola machine love when I can get a vanilla coca cola, had plenty of staff on a Saturday lunch rush were very nice
As always.. great subs.. Love there Spicy Cajun Chicken, never got disappointed
