I've had firehouse for years but never as bad of service as this location. Always messing something up & tonight was the final straw for me!I made an order online just after 8pm (app & online stating you close at 9) only to arrive to a sign on the door saying "sorry we close at 8pm tonight". Okay, I get it. What I don't get is the fact you CHARGED MY CARD for an order I can't even get!!!Will be calling tomorrow & getting a refund!
Friendly staff, really clean & the subs are so fresh. Its out of my way but even with the high gas prices, totally worth it.
I guess I'm not the only review to note this location as filthy/dirty. On our way home from Columbus to Cleveland we stopped at this location. Never again. Gross. The bathrooms male and female were disgusting. There was trash on the floor all through the restaurant, pop machine had pop sprayed all over it-sticky and gross, windows full of fingerprints, rags on the floor behind the counter in plain sight of your customers, chili all over the front of the warmer and S-L-O-W service. No one here cares. And apparently neither does the owner of this location because the complaints continue.
I love Firehouse, but this location is so filthy. Trash on the floors, smudged windows, messy food prep area. I’ve walked out the door twice now before ordering. Won’t be back.
This place was so so so filthy. I couldn't even use the restroom it was so dirty. The floors looked as if they haven't seen a mop in a month. Wont be back
Normally, they are pretty good. Last night though, the subs were soggy and disgusting. I threw it away.

Out to go order for 3 subs and two cups of soup equaled $42.00. Now, I don’t mind paying for good food or even donating additionalmoney to support the Firehouse subs charity but when we get home with our food, we find that all the subs we prepared incorrectly, and missing items.The meatball sub on our order contained black burned meatballs along with burned sub bread. This was obviously deliberate intent to cover up the burned meatballs by adding extra sauce (see picture). Also the burned bun on the sub was on the opposite side of the burned meatballs so not only did they add burned meatballs then they burned the opposite side of the sub when toasting. Then rather then remake the sub they just wrapped it up and served it. High class service! We won’t be going back and encourage others to skip this place or at the very least check every item in your order before leaving the store.
