The crepes were fine, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired.First, google maps currently takes you to Brio but Fay’s is located behind Brio at the edge of the building.My wife placed an online order for us the morning of our anniversary and our order hadn’t even been started when I arrived 10 minutes after the estimated pickup time; in fact the guys working seemed unaware that that was plausible.After waiting another 10-12 minutes on site I got our food. The guys were very kind and apologetic which is the only reason I’m giving this three stars, I’d like to believe by the next time I’m willing to give this a chance things will go smoothly enough for me to enjoy the food. I was so irritated by the time I returned to the hotel I had lost my appetite but my wife said it was good/fine.
Cute place, friendly staff, and a great dessert to share! The only suggestion would be to replace the serving containers. They are using multi-use plastic containers and I saw several of them in trash bins, because nobody would really take them home anyways. So to save money, find a different serving method, which will also prove to be less wasteful than using the current containers.
Super cute place, friendly staff, and wonderful crepes! Always flavorful and tasty. I hate that I live so far away, I wish I could visit more often! Will always visit whenever I come back to Easton!!
Crepes and Pineapple drink were great. There are options to build your own crepes but I went with the traditional banana and Nutella. The prices were a bit high, but reasonable. The associates working in the shop were friendly.

I had the mix berry double crepe and it was soooo good and very fresh. All the berries tasted fresh and the crepes was warm and topped with some cool whipped cream. It was the best evening snack/dessert without feeling guilty. Will definitely be back to try the savory options.
Amazing Crepes! Ordered the Strawberries and Cream Crepe and was really impressed. Soft delicate crepes with the perfect toppings. Exactly how crepes should be. Also loved how helpful and nice their employees were. Highly Recommend ?
I love crepes and Fay’s Crepes is the best location in Columbus Ohio for amazing crepes! Their customer service is amazing and their service speed is great. Their space is small but very clean. Highly recommend.
I love Fay’s flamin chicken and waffles. It came with this unique spicy syrup. I don’t typically like anything spicy but this sauce it’s an exception. It had a delayed kick but it didn’t overwhelm the sweetness of the syrup. The Mango refresher is the best I ever had. I can honestly say that Fay’s crepes is one of my favorite desserts or snack places in the city.
Highly recommend!!! They know how to make a crepe for sure!
