Ordered ahead through their website. Ordered bagel box with cream cheese spread. No cream cheese spread included in my order. Called the store and they said they could not refund the order. They could only give me cream cheese spread or refund the cream cheese only, if I drove 15 miles back to their store. Meanwhile, my coworkers have two dozen dry bagels for their breakfast. Einstein's (?) remembered to put the knives in for the spread, just no spread with which to use them. The manager seemed to care but was unable to help. The General Manager showed no feeling whatsoever and suggested I buy from the downtown location instead. After this experience, I don't see why I should trust any Einstein's location with my orders, especially when they've disappointed over a dozen coworkers of mine and offered no proper solutions for my situation.
Absolutely love this location!I order ahead for my orders and the staff member that made my order today wrote a cute little note on my bag! This person made my day so much better and the food was amazing. This location never fails to make my morning!
Eh, there’s better places to eat a breakfast sandwich. The hash browns are sub par and the everything bagels are super salty. Also don’t know if they believe in cream and sugar for coffee because every time I request it I never get it.

It just gets old....it just gets old....and annoying. This has happened more than once to me at this business and I am just sick of it. I ask for extra cheese on my egg bagel sandwich. I am charged for extra cheese. And of course...there is no extra cheese on my sandwich. It is not worth my time to go back there and complain. It is just disappointing that service like this is to what our world has come. It is annoying that so many people just have no work ethic. I guess that I should be thankful however that at least this business has people that are working versus the people that are sitting at home sponging off the government like so many chose to do right now.

Great food and staff. Free coffee when you order through app - I found out in store… server gave me a free cup of coffee just inquiring about it. Good stuff!

Asked for a bagel with a salmon schmeare. I did get it, but the gal shoved a card reader in my face instead of taking the card. I had to turn the light on to see, then wanted me to give her a tio or something with the card reader.To boot, my bagel had onion on it and had to toss it after the first bite nearly $4 out the window. I will NOT be back. That dried onion taste is terrible. Tt has been nearly 4 hours and I can still taste it. YUCK
