Ok place for breakfast omlet.
I ordered a bbq bacon burger and there was a long black curly hair in the burger, I asked for a refund and gave them my card. I was charged another 16$ for the burger and they do not have a phone number to call. I will never return to Columbus airport because this is the only place to eat and it disgusting
The service was good. I appreciated the wait staff and them helping us. This location was trying to use some technology where we order and pay ourselves. They were having some problems with it and the staff was super helpful. The food was ok. I was not impressed with the nachos. But my husband loved his Sammy.
Service was great, Had breakfast which was enough. The potatoes were a little weird but the egg & sausage were tasty. Wish it were home fries and also no butter was odd.
Do not eat here. Go to another terminal to find food. The QR system here is the worst of any airport in the United States. You cannot sit down and order. You have to wait for someone to manually “open your ticket” which took over 20mins for us, even after we asked two different people. Food service was incredibly slow.
I love how this place is resorting to QR codes to force us to order a damn drink. Can the owner(s) not find actual help? Or were they just stuck in the Covid era??
We were stuck in the airport due to flight cancellation and this was one of the few places open. My wife had a hamburger. Supposed to be medium with no onions. She got well donee with onions. When I placed my order for wings I told the order taker I didn't want any sauces. Then I asked if they could put a little sauce on a container. She, very rudely, said well "I already put the order in without the sauce" as if it was a big deal to put some in a container. Wings were small. Now I know why they need sauce. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly so you are forced to go there. I do have to admit that the food tasted ok and price was fair given the airport location.
We were in the middle of ordering drinks from the bar and I’m eating at the table when a bus girl informed me we can’t sit here. If we order from the bar, we have to sit at the bar. If we sit at the table right next to bar we have to order food through her. I had already purchased food. The bar was full so nowhere to sit. We left. Awful experience. Rude lady. People have a tough time traveling already, don’t make it harder for unnecessary reasons
Was the only food place open past security check at the John Glenn Airport. We ordered the fried pretzel sticks which were fine. I got a Manhattan which just tasted like liquor. I've had a burger here before as well. It is fine for food and drinks while you wait for a delayed flight. Nothing spectacular.
Understaffed, and the single one working just moseying. Worse, pay with the app is slow, and no service without paying first. Ug. Will definitely hit up one of the other places where I can pay $20 for 2 beers ?
