I just received my order today and I sampled the Peanut Butter Cookie and the Cranberry Walnut Coconut Oatmeal Cookie. Boy, were they delicious! As you can see, I already started packaging them up for the freezer. I can’t wait to try the breads!!! Thank you!!!!!
To me trying new gluten free things is always a risk, so when Eban’s offered a cookie sampler promotion at the Nourished festival I decided to go for it! I was blown away by how good (and addicting) they are! I ate all 5 in 3 days ?. I’d at pictures but the wrappers are already in the trash. I will be ordering more and look forward to trying new products. I ranked them below based on my favorites. 1) Peanut Butter - superior to that of others I tried. Will definitely be ordering again. 2) Crispy Pecan Shortbread - I love shortbreads and this is not a flavor you find often. Will definitely be ordering again. 3) Cranberry Walnut Coconut Oatmeal - I did not expect to like this cookie, but the texture and flavor combo was surprisingly good. Might or might not purchase again. 4) Chocolate Chip - the chocolate Chip was okay. Chocolate Chip cookies are so common and everyone has there preferred style. This one was not my favorite but I would definitely purchase it for a friend. 5) White Chocolate Cherry Oatmeal - I was not a fan of this cookie simply for the texture. While all the other cookies were nice and soft, this one was hard and mostly tasted like oatmeal. Overall, very satisfied with the sampler and shipping was super fast and well packed. No cracked cookies!
I’m new to GF and admittedly haven’t tried all that many varieties, but I ordered some of Eban’s Bakehouse seeded bread. I was impressed with the shipping process and the bread is absolutely amazing. Great texture, density and taste!
I ordered both the seeded and oat breads and they were both wonderful! They are full of goodness! I especially loved topping them with homemade jam. Looking forward to trying the other varieties as well!
