If you are Asian, this could be your dine in experience: the server doesn’t give you menu until you ask her at least twice. The server won’t order for you until you go to kitchen and find where your server is( after waiting 15 mins). The worst part is that she would condemn you if you are not giving her a 15% tips. To be fair, the food are okay. Never dine in again . Maybe a good option for delivery.
We've been ordering delivery from Eastern Bay for just over a year now since we moved into the neighborhood. Everything is always hot and fresh when it arrives. The quality of ingredients is consistently great. The staff is always friendly, delivery driver always smiling. The estimated delivery time is always accurate, never late. I really have nothing bad to say about this business.We usually order the Mandarin mixed vegetables and Moo Goo Gai Pan because we prefer the white wine garlic sauce. Delicious!

Best Asian spot in all of Columbus, not only is their food affordable, but the portion sizes are very generous. I’ve been eating here for the past four years and have never been disappointed, and their general tso’s is out of this world!

The Thai rolls were not the same as previous ones. These were more liquid. Consistency in the fo I d leaves a bit to be desired. But overall the food is good.
My favorite Chinese restaurant for now in big Columbus area. Whatever take out or dine in, never let me down. Fresh materials and traditional Chinese way to cook. Worth to try.By the way, too yummy, can’t wait for picture time. Almost all gone when I remember to take the picture.
This was the worst $36 I've ever spent on food in my life!!!! It was so disappointing!!! My daughter and I have waited months to try this place!!! We'll never go back!!! They have apparently used pictures from other restaurants or stock pictures in their ads because their food isn't even close to what is in the pictures in the ads. The Wonton Soup was awful!! No flavor!! The egg rolls weren't terrible. I've had worse. But......the Wor Sue Gai!!!!!! It wasn't even real chicken!!!!! It was a breaded sponge!!!! It was disgusting!!! And the sauce was like chicken flavored melted jelly!!! GROSS!! The place its self was dark and cold. If I could give negative stars I definitely would!!! Such a terrible experience!!!
Worst customer service ever doesn’t know how to talk to a person. I just asked how much time on food “ sir can you not see I am busy” gave me a lot of attitudes for what? Just tell me how much time that’s all don’t want to deal with u guys ever.
